Study On The Development Of Modern Agriculture And Financial Support

Agriculture,rural areas and farmers are the problems of the development of modernization. The foundation of the national economy is agriculture, No.l document of central government in2008、2013proposed: the positive development of modern agriculture, the establishment of a modern rural financial system and the innovation of rural financial system are important tasks for socialist modernization construction. While finance is the lasting motive force of modern economic development, the development of modern agriculture, building a new socialist countryside is inseparable from the strong financial support. Once the financial makes against to agricultural, the economic resources allocation core will hinder the sustainable development of agriculture, and farmers’income will reduce, which is not conducive to social stability and harmony as well as will affect the development of rural economy. Then we cannot achieve industrialization and city of purpose, namely to achieve economic development, social progress and the improvement of people’s living level. In order to solve this problem, in recent years, with the increasing attention at all levels of government, the localities have launched a series of policy of financial support for agriculture which have achieved some results, but overall, system of agricultural development in the financial security of our country is not very perfect. With the continuous expansion of the scale of development of modern agriculture,it is imperative to establish a sustainable local financial security system that is suitable for the development of modern agriculture.This paper clarifies the background and significance, briefly describes the research content and research methods, points out the innovation and shortcomings of this paper, followed by explaining the meaning of the development of modern agriculture, modern agriculture characteristic and so on, summarizing the domestic and foreign related research about financial support for development of modern agriculture; and then through the analysis of financial support for agricultural development experience in the developed and the developing countries, which provides Xishan District in Wuxi city with reference to financial support for development of modern agriculture.Then analysis on the application of China’s financial theory in the countryside and guiding role for agricultural development as well as analysis of the agricultural development of financial support in China status and existing problems of current situation of Wuxi city are made. After that, according to the characteristics of agricultural development in Xishan area, the auther establishs evaluation index system, uses evaluation method to empirical analysis of the financial support of Xishan modern agricultural development zone effect and finally proposes consummates the modern agricultural financial support policy suggestions for our country. Through increasing support of modern rural financial system for the agricultural development, to establish the perfect laws and regulations, and improve the regulatory system and actively expand the financing channels.
