The Improvement Research Of Schedule And Risk Management Of New Product Introduction In The A Company

With the development of electronic products manufacturing industry,the competition among enterprises is becoming intense and the development speed and quality of new products play more vital roles in the market.During the period of new product introduction,supply chain is complicated due to the characteristics of industry which includes the internal and external environment impact and increasing dynamics.Therefore,the problem is urgent to meet the challenges of longer period of new products development and higher risk.At first,this thesis describes the research background and meaning of schedule and risk management during the new products development period and also reviews the current research situations all over the world in related area.After introducing the theories of project schedule and risk management systematically,the solution of overcoming the current weakness of management in A company has been pointed out.Based on the dynamic features on labor,material supply and ramp start time,system dynamics model integrated with production and human resource subsystems could make benefits on forecasting and monitoring the impact of main variables' change on the project schedule and developing operational policies in addition of cost-benefit subsystem model.In risk management area,risk assessment system has been built with the combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzz evaluation method to assess internal and external risks after identifying the risk factors.In the end,risk prevention measures have been provided focused on internal management risk and supply chain partnership based on the risk assessment results.This thesis combines the project management theories and real situations to present realistic solutions for improvement in schedule and risk management.At the same time,it also could provide reference and meaning for those electronic enterprise like A company.
