In order to adapt to the rapid development of missile and artillery system based on the requirement of the precise measurement of the inertial navigation system technology,increasingly heavy inertial navigation system development project task,product technology of trival,cycle of rapid iteration have become the main factors which restrict the development of the project progress.With the cycle of the entire product progress,all kinds of risks associated with,before the project schedule management is limited,management methods are too simple,not only the lack of corresponding theoretical support,to adapt to the various stages of the scientific research and development tasks,urgent need for new project schedule management methods to deal with the progress and risk in the project management.In this paper,the analysis of the Z type inertial navigation system of schedule management,risk management process,on the basis of project time limit for a project scheduling and optimization to solve problems,make rapid iteration of project management.For Z model development characteristics of inertial navigation system,this paper puts forward the key chain and the critical path management in the application of Z model inertial navigation system is being developed.At the same time combined with Z model project progress control principle and type,using the work breakdown structure,Gantt charts,milestone plan,network diagram,and the project schedule management methods,such as critical path method,further proposed schedule rectification and the principle of change,more greatly enhances the working efficiency of the project,to achieve the main purpose of the resource allocation is balanced,shorten the construction period.
