Cashmere is a kind of very precious animal fiber.Because of its small quantity and excellent quality,it is often valued by Gram in trade,and has the reputation of "gem fiber",which is the unique material for textile in the world.With its noble and elegant characteristics,cashmere products have deeply won the love of consumers.With the advent of economic globalization and the acceleration of the integration process in international cashmere products market,and also due to the people's income level increased significantly,in this economy circumstances,consumers pay more attention to the quality of life,pursue healthy and tasteful values,and actively link up with international urban fashion culture.Under the background,the demand for cashmere products is increasing.A company has been devoting itself to the development,producing and sale of cashmere products for more than ten years.It is a representative cashmere production enterprise in Inner Mongolia.The annual output is about 2 million pieces.The products sales to all parts of the country and exports to Europe,America,Japan Korea and other countries and ares.However,in the process of development,not only has the origin and quality advantages,but also face the problems of the Low brand awareness,high material prices,and lack of technological innovative talents.This paper uses several classical marketing analysis methods,such as4 PS marketing mix;PEST theory and SWOT analysis methods,to analyse the marketing strategy of A cashmere products company deeply.On the basis of these marketing theories,this paper puts forward the promotion plan and suggestions of marketing strategy matching with A company,and measures to ensure the implementation of marketing strategy.I hope that the research in this paper can provide some practical theoretical guidance and the reference value for the development of A company.
