In Jianou,root carving is a relatively traditional local art.From the county records registration analysis,as early as the Three Kingdoms period,Jianou was the shipbuilding base of Wu State,where the construction of the "double pointed sparrow boat" will appear dragon and Phoenix patterns,is a relatively superb wood carving technology.Thereafter,there were stools,tables,chairs and other living furniture carved with tree roots.In Song,Yuan and Ming Dynasty,owing to the impact of architecture and furniture of Zhejiang School,the original Ou root carving developed rapidly by extracting carving techniques from wood carving activities.From the 1970 s to the 1990 s,root carving has always been a form of self-entertainment in Jianou.Since then,there has been an obvious trend of enterprise production,but its scale is not prominent.In 2008,Jianou focused on building Root Art City,which promoted the rapid development of Root Art technology.But up to now,root technology has not yet established national and local standards,and industry standards are not clear.The quality evaluation and dispute evaluation of root technology products have brought great impact,leading to the gradual deterioration of root technology production and production in this region,which has led to many teachers have to change their professions,many root technology enterprises have stopped working,and the root technology industry has to be transformed and upgraded.The time.Therefore,the government should take the initiative to participate in compiling the corresponding industry standards of root arts,and establish corresponding standards with the Jianou City Arts and Crafts Association to grasp the leading power of the industry.This article takes the transformation of the characteristic industry of Jianougenyi as the breakthrough point,and takes the upgrading of its industrial cluster as the research object,launches the investigation and analysis.This paper carries out qualitative and quantitative analysis of industrial clusters,uses GEM model evaluation method,uses expert visits to collect data,constructs GEM index system,and uses analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the competitiveness of local industrial clusters.At the same time,considering the complexity of the evaluation system,the evaluation index developed in this paper can not cover all the elements in an all-round way.Therefore,on the premise of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,this paper interprets the strengths and weaknesses of Jiangou Root Art characteristic industrial cluster,and according to its weaknesses and characteristics of this cluster,gives the corresponding main strategies to enhance the competitiveness of local industrial clusters.
