With the accelerated pace of marketization and fierce competition in the financial industry,the reserve of talents plays a key role in the development of the banking industry.In recent years,the banking industry has begun to reform and implement a flat organization,which has limited the channels for employee promotion.In addition,the bank itself has the phenomenon of employee redundancy,high-education crowds,and increasingly fierce competition,which makes the employees themselves enter the professional bottleneck period,and the professional plateau effect is gradually highlighted.After the 1980 s,employees are gradually growing from a new career in the banking industry to a business backbone.The relationship between the professional plateau and the turnover of post-80 s employees is worthy of further investigation.Foreign scholars began to study occupational plateaus in 1970,but for domestic academic circles,the study of occupational plateaus is still a relatively new field,and there are few quantitative studies.So far,the quantitative relationship between the professional plateau and employee turnover has not been determined in China.In summary,based on the literature review,questionnaire survey and empirical research,this paper discusses the relationship between the post-80 s employees turnover and the professional plateau of state-owned banks in Fujian Province.This paper first classifies the literature on professional plateau at home and abroad,and summarizes the relationship between occupational plateau and employee turnover.Secondly,based on the scales of occupational plateau and employee turnover,this paper combines the actual situation of the post-80 s employees of state-owned banks in Fujian Province to improve the questionnaire.Thirdly,after the questionnaire data is compiled,principal component analysis,factor analysis and regression analysis are used to study the degree of impact of occupational plateau on employee turnover,and combined with the actual work of human resources,new employee assistance plans and perceived opportunities have been added.Adjust the variables and analyze the impact of these two variables on employee turnover.Finally,in the perspective of professional plateau,combined with the empirical results,this paper proposes effective measures to reduce the turnover of post-80 s employees in the state-owned banks in Fujian Province.This paper explores the impact of the professional plateau on the turnover of post-80 s employees in the state-owned banks in Fujian Province,and combined with the results of empirical research,suggests that banks take effective measures to reduce employee turnover.This is of great significance to the survival and development of banks and to the development of employees themselves.
