State-owned commercial banks are an important part of the financial system in China,and largely impact the development of China's economy.Talents are one of the most important resource to support business' sustainability and transformation,so it is undoubtedly important for the state-owned commercial banks to manage human resources effectively by improving employees' satisfaction and retention,and reducing employee turnover rate.Meanwhile,due to the rapid progress of interest rate liberalization,and the development of new finance system represented by Internet finance,the traditional business and service models of state-owned commercial banks are facing with unprecedented challenges.Even worse,more and more employees of traditional banks are nowadays quitting their jobs.All the banks need to analyze this issue seriously and set effective strategies to attract talents and stop the continuing loss of employees.Based on the data on the employee turnover of the state-owned commercial bank A,this thesis analyzes the reasons for the high turnover existing in the current state-owned commercial banks,and provides advice on human resource management from the perspective of "sensitive career periods".
