With the rapid development of the market economy,the state-owned enterprises are facing the challenge of the new normal economic development.How to development the enterprises under the new normal economic situation and establish a reliable employees team has become a tough task for the managers of state-owned enterprises.In recent years,with the large number of post-90s employees have continued into the workplace period,they injected fresh blood to the development of enterprises,and also brings a series of challenges for the management of enterprises.The high turnover rate of post-90s employees has become a huge problem faced by the managers of state-owned enterprises.Generally speaking,the strategy of human resources in the enterprise is "selecting,educating,employing and keeping the employees".This shows how to retain good employees,how to reduce the turnover of post-90s employees,and how to reduce the negative impact of employee turnover on enterprises,has become an important part of state-owned enterprises.This paper starts from the perspective of human resource management,through the case analysis,literature study,questionnaire survey,interview survey and statistical analysis,combined with the theory of employees turnover,use HX group post-90s employees as the research object,carries on the investigation to the enterprises in recent years post-90s employees turnover situation,according to the survey results,starting from the characteristics of post-90s employees,in-depth analysis of the turnover of HX group post-90s employees from different aspects,found post-90s employees turnover is mainly for enterprise compensation unreasonable,promotion mechanism is not perfect,staff leader lack of management art,employees lack of occupation planning and other factors.According to the survey data analysis find some of the reasons for the turnover of the post-90s employees.With the current situation of the human resource management of HX group,this paper correspond to different post-90s employees turnover,take new design staff promotion channel,planning reasonable compensation and employee incentive system,strengthen staff training and loyalty building enterprise,in order to solve the existing post-90s employees human resources management improve the group managers of several the art of management and other aspects of the countermeasures,reduce the enterprise post-90s employees turnover,improve the level of enterprise human resource management.It also provides reference for the domestic same type of enterprises to solve the human resource management problems related to the post-90s employees.
