Research On The Protection Of Farmers' Land Rights And Interests In The Context Of Intensive Land Use

At present,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the clarion call for the strategy of Rural Revitalization has blown up.The decentralized land management model in China has not been able to face the economic pressure of globalization.Therefore,we should actively reform the existing land system,carry out the reform of the "three rights division" of the land,let the farmers' land management right,vigorously promote the intensive land,and make the limited cultivated land,technology and human resources in the rural areas.It is the main way to revitalize China's agricultural economy by concentrating on the realization of agricultural intensification,modernization and scientific and technological production,however,to realize the intensification of land means to recentralize the land in the hands of farmers.In this way,the farmers' own land rights and interests are often not guaranteed due to a variety of reasons.In fact,only by ensuring that the legitimate land rights of farmers are the starting point and the foothold,can the farmers be more effective.Many farmers are involved in land intensification,and land consolidation can be carried out smoothly.This article first analyzes the common situation that the land rights and interests of farmers are violated in the rural areas of China,which are caused by the intensification of land.The main manifestations are as follows: the farmers can not get reasonable compensation in the land intensive,the rights and interests can not be guaranteed reasonable and legitimate,and the farmers' daily life and the rural environment are caused.Great influence and then in the analysis of the reason mainly lies in the reason that the distribution of land rights is not clear,which leads to the lack of farmers' rights to the disposal of land;there is no complete system of land value assessment,which leads to the low compensation for farmers' land expropriation after intensive,and the damage to the economic interests of farmers;and the related laws are not perfect.The peasants' consciousness of safeguarding rights is not high,which leads to the use of some ulterior motives in the promotion of land intensification,which makes the farmers' land rights and interests often infringed.Finally,in view of the above problems and their causes,by analyzing and drawing on the experience of foreign countries,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to better safeguard the land rights and interests of farmers in theintensification of land.It is necessary to face up to the role of the grass-roots government in the intensification of land,to ensure the main status of the peasants,and to deepen the reform of the "three rights division" land reform,and to make clear that the land reform should be made clear.The distribution of land power;raising farmers' consciousness of their own legal rights,standardizing the behavior of land intensive,defining the system of land value evaluation,perfecting the rural social security system,breaking the urban traditional household registration policy,strictly controlling the land management after the intensive land,and not changing the land use with the intention and protecting the cultivated land resources.And rural environment and so on.These countermeasures provide some reference for the promotion of land consolidation and maintenance of the land rights and interests of farmers in China,and the development of agricultural economy in China.
