Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Tourism Development In Liangping District, Chongqing City

As a new form of tourism economy,rural tourism has become the main motive force of economic growth in Liangping District in recent years.Although Liangping rural tourism development has achieved some results,there are still problems such as homogeneity of products,which affect its sustainable development.At the same time,there are a lot of research literature on rural tourism at home and abroad,but there are not many domestic research literature on tourism enterprises and related stakeholders.Therefore,based on the perspective of relevant stakeholders,this paper makes an in-depth study on the problems and Countermeasures of rural tourism development in Liangping.By using the methods of documentation,empirical research,illustration and questionnaire,this paper firstly summarizes the literature on rural tourism at home and abroad;secondly,it expounds the concept,characteristics and stakeholders,tourism perception and sustainable development theory of rural tourism;thirdly,it constructs the evaluation index system of rural tourism development from the perspective of relevant stakeholders,and carries out Liangping Village.Tourism development evaluation;then,according to the evaluation results,analysis of Liangping rural tourism development problems;finally,put forward solutions to the problems.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on stakeholder theory,tourism perception theory and sustainable development theory,the evaluation index system of rural tourism development is constructed from the perspective of the main stakeholders of rural tourism.(2)Questionnaire survey on the evaluation of rural tourism development was carried out among tourists,villagers,tourism enterprise personnel and government personnel.The valid data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed and processed.The final score of Liangping rural development evaluation was 3.03.At present,Liangping rural tourism development shows positive effects,but generally,it still needs to be improved for the weak items.Specifically,four stakeholders scored only 2.71,less than 3 points for the evaluation of rural tourism development in Liangping,and the perception experience of product homogeneity and participation was very poor.This shows that tourists’ satisfaction in rural tourism in Liangping is poor,while the scores of villagers,tourism enterprise employees and government employees are all above 3 points,but they are not high.Question.(3)According to the evaluation results of rural tourism development in Liangping,through in-depth analysis of the indicators scored below 3 points,it is found that there are five main problems in rural tourism development in Liangping: low satisfaction of tourists,low participation of villagers,low management level of tourism enterprises,little government investment and supervision,and conflicts of interest among the main stakeholders.(4)Aiming at the problems existing in Liangping rural development,the paper puts forward some countermeasures: improving the satisfaction of tourists,enhancing villagers’ participation,improving the management level of tourism enterprises,increasing government investment and supervision,and coordinating the symbiosis mechanism of supervision of major stakeholders.
