In the 21 century, enterprise's development will be facing a bigger competition, this kind of competition will be talented person's competition, the management competition. In the formulation and in the implementation enterprise strategy key activity, human resources management, especially staff training is core management. Therefore, how the enterprise does implement the more effective resources, constructs the core competitive ability, promotes the staff to train the quality, the design and implementation adaption enterprise strategy development request training has become the key question which the human resources department must solve.At first, this paper describes the certain history background which the research focuses, detailed introduced and has analyzed the relationship between the Enterprise strategy and the staff training, which includes the training strategy and the enterprise general strategy, the competition strategy, the organization developmental strategy.
