The economic development of China is in the process of transformation,more and more enterprises are transforming to produce medium-level and high-level products.How to maintain the company's own competitiveness and enhance its own development momentum in the process of transformation is an important issue that enterprises need to solve.Raw material procurement is the beginning of production,so strengthening raw materials purchasing management has also become an important way for companies to promote their own development.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish an effective m ethod for preventing and controlling raw material procurement risks.The extension innovation method is an effective method to solve contradict ory problems in various fields by combining formalization and quantification.This paper applies the extension innovation method to the risk prevention and control of raw material procurement,and conducts research on the risk of raw material procurement of Company C,an effective method for prevention and control of raw material procurement risks can be established.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1.According to the procurement risk management method and the domain knowledge of raw material procurement,select warehouse utilization rate,delivery date achievement rate and quality qualification rate as the evaluation indicators for identifying raw material procurement risks,and the extension set of raw material procurement risk problem is established.The dependent function and comprehensive dependent function are also established as the risk function to evaluate the risk of raw material procurement;then we calculate the risk of raw material procurement,determine which raw material procurement risks exist in Company C,and determine the risk level and the corresponding solving order.2.Establish an extension model of the risk-controlling and transforming problem,and use the correlative network method,divergent tree method and other extensible analysis methods to formally analyze the established extension model,gaining access to a variety of paths to controlling and transforming risk issues;and use the extension transformation method to obtain multiple strategies for control ling and transforming risk problems;and use the comprehensive dependent function to judge whether the strategies derived from the extension transformation meet the requirements;select the strategies meeting the requirements,determine the measurement indices and the corresponding weight coefficients according to the domain knowledge of the raw material procurement field,establish the dependent function of each measurement index,and use the superiority evaluation method to select the better strategies for controlling and transforming the risk problem.3.Establish an extension model of the risk-preventing problem,and use the correlative network method,divergent tree method and other extensible analysis methods to formally analyze the extension model of the risk-preventing problem,gaining access to a variety of paths to preventing risk issues;and use the extension transformation method to obtain multiple strategies for preventing risk problems,and use the superiority evaluation method to select the better strateg ies for preventing the risk problem.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:1.Establishment of the extension models for objects involved in raw material procurement risks.The existing risk problem describing method does not describe the specific details of the matters and affairs involved in the raw material procurement process,which is not conducive to the identification and solution of risk problems.The extension model establishing method can be used to formally describe the raw material procurement process involved.Each item,each action,and the relationship between each other provide the basis for the identification and solution of subsequent risk issues.2.Quantitative identification of procurement risks.Using the method of extension set and dependent function establishment,a set of methods for quantitatively identifying the risks existing in the procurement process of raw materials have been established.At present,no one has applied the extension set and dependent function to the field of procurement risk identification.The identification method applied to the field of procurement risk identification is a new method exploration for procurement risk management.The research has been supported by Guangdong Science and Technology Planning Project "The popularization and application platform and core team construction of extension innovation method(2016A040404015)".
