Research On Cost Control Strategy Of S Logistics Based On Extension Innovation Methods

Logistics is the whole process of moving the material.The logistics cost is called the enterprise "third profit" source,so the logistics cost control at a low level will enable the company to obtain higher economic efficiency.With the development of logistics,scholars both at home and abroad will pay more attention to the study of logistics cost control.Based on the theory of logistics and extension innovation methods,this paper analyzes the composition of logistics cost and its corresponding basic-element model.Aiming at the incompatibility problem in the process of logisti cs cost control,a new logistics cost control method is proposed,which is used to get the strateg ies to solve the incompatibility problems of S enterprise.The main researches of this paper are as follows:1.All aspects of logistics cost control are described by Basic-Elements,making the logistics cost control more operational and controllable.2.The extension models of incompatible problems in various aspects of logistics cost control are established and their incompatibilities of incompatible problems are determined by the compatibility functions.The processes of solving the incompatible problems are obtained through the correlative analysis and the divergent analysis.Using the extension transformation and its conductive transformation method solve the various enterprise logistics cost control in a variety of incompatible problems of a variety of extension strategies.3.According to the specific requirements of logistics cost control,the evaluation index is selected and the superiority strategy is obtained by using the superiority evaluation method to select the better strategy.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:1.Innovation of studying the Logistics Theory.In this paper,taking discovering the contradictory problems and the solution process as a research perspective,starting from the contradictory problems,the logistics cost control process in the emergence of a series of problems are studied,through the solution of contradictory problems,thus optimizin g the logistics cost control.2.Innovation of Logistics Cost Control Method.Formal and quantitative methods are applied this paper to solve the logistics cost control on some contradictions encountered,breaking the traditional logistics cost operation a nalysis and accounting on the logistics cost of the contradictory analysis models,avoiding disunities of the logistics cost accounting system and logistics accounting numerical uncertainty,making it more easier to control the logistics cost,making the logistics cost system more programmatic and highly operational.This study provides a new idea for the logistics cost control.Through the analysis and application of the logistics cost control of S enterprises,the feasibility of the method is illustrated,which reflects the advantage of extension innovation method in solving the logistics cost control,which makes the research of logistics cost control more objectivity and some certain cutting edge.
