Research On Quality Management Of R&D Project Of Company A's Home-based Care Furniture

Currently,the competition in the furniture industry is increasingly fierce.Under the background of continuous consumption fermentation and population aging,the market segment of home furnishing furniture in the furniture industry has become a new business growth point in the furniture industry.However,the current age of home-based furniture on the market is low and does not meet the unique needs of the elderly market.Therefore,how to improve the quality of research and development of home-based furniture has become a key concern in the furniture industry.In this paper,the purpose of improving the project R&D quality management of Company A's home pension furniture is to analyze the development prospect of China's furniture market,and analyze the necessity and feasibility of Company A's research on home pension project.Then,according to the results of the company's visits and interviews,the research and development status of the Company A's home-based pension project is summarized,and the existing problems are analyzed from two aspects.First,based on the overall situation of the R&D process of company A's home pension project,analyze the problems existing in the R&D of Company A's home pension project;Second,divide the R&D process of company A into “Quality management target planning stage,quality management target trial stage” The three stages of the quality management target control phase analyze the problems existing in each part,explore the reasons behind the problems and highlight the corresponding solutions.Finally,in order to solve the problem that the quality of product development of Company A is low and the market feedback is not added,this paper proposes five suggestions.In general,we must improve the R&D process,strengthen cooperation among departments,strengthen the internal culture of the enterprise,and improve the centripetal force of the members;at three different stages,we must do the following: the quality management target planning stage,this paper proposes the corresponding market.The research process and its focus on market research for the special customer groups of the elderly,and the specific requirements of the elderly customer group are clear: the key to the definition of home-based products in the product definition;the quality management objectives,this paper proposes to establish quality assessment standards,using the method of scoring Compare the functions of new products in design and actual output;in addition,the quality management target control stage also proposes to improve the quality managementprocess and coordinate the quality,cost and efficiency issues to implement quality management.Based on the knowledge related to project quality management,the thesis guides the current situation of the furniture industry,starts with the research and development project of A enterprise home pension furniture,analyzes the problems existing in the R&D project of A enterprise home pension furniture,and proposes corresponding solutions.The plan is to help A enterprises solve the problems in the research and development of home-based pension projects,break through the bottleneck of home-based furniture development,and provide reference for other furniture enterprises that want to develop home-based care furniture.
