Study On"three Subjects Linkage"mode Of Indigenization Of Rural Home-based Care Service

With the rapid development of population aging in China,especially the problem of old-age care for the elderly in rural areas is increasingly prominent,how to carry on the project of elderly care is very important.Due to the backwardness of economic strength,the huge number of rural elderly,urbanization and dwindling household,the traditional family security is no longer suitable for rural development.The rural areas are sparse,the traditional concept is greatly influenced,and the pension cost of the institutions is high,it is difficult to suit the spiritual needs of the elderly.Therefore,the development of the institution for the aged in the rural areas is restricted.With the support of policies,the mode of home-based care is gradually developed in rural areas by pilot.Based on case studies,this paper explores the key factors for the sustainable development of home care in the traditional countryside.Based on the literature analysis,this study conducted a field survey in the rural area of A County in Sichuan Province,and analyzed the mode of " Three Subjects Linkage " in rural home care service.The model of "Social Workers + Care Workers + Volunteer" is under the leadership of the government.The Social Workers employ and train a large number of left-home women from rural areas to provide home-based care as a " Barefoot Nurse " or Social Worker-to-be.Meanwhile,we need to mobilize local volunteer work to provide supplementary services.The home care service team originating from the local situation reconstructs the community community in the service practice,thus creating a "help each other" atmosphere for the aged,making the " Three Subjects Linkage " in the rural home-care service become a sustainable innovation practice.Secondly,social workers as service providers and the team managers to co-ordinate resources and cultivate professional old-age service team are the exploration of social work service practice extension.It is of great innovation significance,that is,social workers in the service practice in the vast rural areas,because of the limited human resources,high humanpower cost,no need to do and can not provide forefront and face-to-face services,we can take part in the service practice by using local strength,reflecting the participation of multiple subjects in the old-age service under the background of governance.
