Driven by the implementation of "O ne Belt and One Road" strategy,cross-border transport has embraced its new development and opportunities,and the efficient and smooth logistics of land border portshas also become the key to the economic enhancement for border cities.Meanwhile,in order to cope with the acceleration of international trade and to respond to the call of national policies,frontier cities have also constantly issued policies that benefit cross-border trade,providing a favorable opportunity for the development of land port logistics.However,in the process of development,port logistics is faced with problems,such as backward infrastructure,low level of information technology and difficulty in forming unified standards of domestic and foreign logistics systems.Limited development leads to low efficiency and high cost of port logistics,which is not beneficial to a positive cycle and coordinated development of port logistics for border cities.In order to find out the restraining forces of the coordinated development of port logistics for frontier cities,and to clarify the primary developmental goals as well as the measures of ports and cities,carry out conducts research and demonstration from multiple perspectives.First of all,constructing the coordinated development model of port logistics and frontier city economy space and applying AHP-entropy comprehensive evaluation method and Theil Index to analyze the spatial coupling of the eight subway port logistics and hinterland cities in Yunnan Province from 2006 to 2015.The results show that the maximum value in 2006 and the minimum value in 2015 of coordination between port logistics and frontier city economy were 0.436 and 0.630 respectively.It means that the coordinated development level of the port logistics and the border city econo my in Yunnan has changed from the recession level to the coordinated development state.Shown by the characterization of the spatial differences of Theil index,the overall difference between the coordinated development of Yunnan port logistics and the frontier city economy shows a good trend,but the spatial differences between Burma port and the port are obvious.It has been key factors that the construction of port infrastructure.Secondly,from the perspective of accessibility,the data were obtained based on Baidu map,and the accessible time of land border ports and border cities was visualized with Arcgisl0.2 software platform.The spatial characteristics of the accessibility of land border portsand border cities were analyzed,and the optimal choice of border cities for the export of land border portswas discussed from the perspective of accessibility time.Hekou port,Jinshuihe port and Tianbao port have become the first choice for exporting goods based on the time of arrival.The quality of the time of arrival of the port is not completely proportional to the development status of the port,and the city 's first choice for land border portsmay also be different from the development status of the port itself.The major obstacles to the coordinated development between the port accessible time and the city mainly come from the spatial distance between the port and the city,the economic development level of the cities around the port and the road network density,as well as the geographical environment of the port-associated both domestic and international.Finally,according to the existing studies,which consider the fact that the density of road network around the port,the center of economic gravity of the city,port potential and port grade are the main factors affecting the port's accessibility time,proposes the port potential model,the comprehensive accessibility index of land border ports and the model of Port Spatial Connection Strength,and also analyzes the potential differences between different ports and the comprehensive accessibility index of land border ports and its evolution trend.the results also found that traffic and geographical environment of the carrier docking port city and docking port city are developmental resistances for parts of a port to a maintain virtuous cycle,port software and hardware are the influencing conditions of the bottleneck period in the development of good accessibility index ports.based on the analysis of the economic and accessibility characteristics of land port logistics and frontier cities,The spatial relationship between land intersections and ports is further discussed and also puts forward the research and countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of land port logistics and frontier cities.
