With the rapid and rapid development of China's economy.As a supplementary function of the social medical security system,commercial medical insurance is also changing.From the original dispensable to the supplementary role,to the present strong support,commercial health insurance has occupied a very important position in the social medical security system.In recent years,the state has continuously issued relevant documents to support the development of commercial insurance and regulate the insurance industry.However,most life insurance companies in the market have not vigorously developed commercial health insurance.The reason is that commercial health insurance has high claims and low profits.By drawing on foreign advanced experience,in recent years,China's life insurance industry is also actively exploring how to develop a health management business,which can not only solve the current situation of high claims and low profits,but also provide tangible services to customers.Therefore,the research on the development of health management business in China's life insurance industry is of practical significance.Since there have been many researches on the development of health management in China's life insurance industry,mainly focusing on the existing problems and the model of integrated development,this paper collects relevant research reports,combined with the current actual situation,through the PEST model and Porter Five Forces.The model further analyzes the external opportunities and threats facing the development of the health management business of PICC Life Insurance Company,so as to find the direction and positioning.In addition,the PICC Life Insurance Yunnan Company was selected as the research object.Through the SWOT model,the internal operation mode and current status of PICC Life Yunnan Company were analyzed,and the problems,opportunities and disadvantages of the current health management of PICC Life Insurance Company were found.Finally,through the above Analysis,development of strategic goals and safeguard implementation strategies.
