Commercial health insurance in China started in 1980,it has been in existence for more than thirty years,but also in a state of stagnation.With the introduction of"Health Insurance Management Measures" in 2006,the scope of commercial health insurance is stipulated,with related laws matched,and commercial health insurance ushered in development opportunities.However,because of the unclear relationship between the basic medical insurance and the people's ignorance of commercial health insurance,there has been no great development.In 2014,.the commercial health insurance was positioned as an important pillar of the medical security system.In 2015,the "construction of healthy China" was further promoted to the national strategy,and the commercial health insurance ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development.In China,the problem of "difficult to see a doctor,expensive to be cured" is difficult to solve..Although many scholars pay attention to the development of commercial health insurance and put forward a lot of constructive suggestions,there are few research and Analysis on the specific products and market status of commercial health insurance,and lack of practical agreement.Therefore,this paper chooses commercial health insurance as the research object to examine the development status and existing problems of business health insurance industry and products.This article first analyzes the current situation of China's commercial health insurance market,from three aspects of premium income,payment and market management,and then combine the four main types of insurance and the specific product characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the current market,and find out the problems of the current commercial health insurance in the process of development;and then to the present,The management model of health insurance companies is compared and analyzed,and the three countries of the United States,Britain and Germany are selected as representatives to compare and draw lessons from the market development model of commercial health insurance in the three countries.Finally,the promotion of promotion from the three angles of supervision,industry and product is put forward respectively.The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of commercial health insurance in China,with a view to making China's commercial health insurance market usher in a new situation through joint efforts.
