With the deepening of industrial structure upgrading and the continuous transformation of economic development mode,enhancing the ability of independent innovation of enterprises will become the foundation for high-tech enterprises to win market competition.Further,the scientific incentive mechanism design will be an important institutional guarantee to stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprise managers and core technical personnel,and retain the core personnel of enterprises.As a leading chip technology and solution provider at home and abroad,IG company has established different types of incentive mechanisms,but still faces the problem of how to further optimize the incentive mechanism to better motivate and retain managers and key technical personnel.In view of this,this study combines the theoretical basis of incentive theory,and briefly introduces the basic situation of IG company and the future development environment,and analyzes the importance of scientific incentive mechanism design to motivate and retain managers and key technical personnel at all levels.On this basis,combined with the current situation of incentive mechanism of IG company,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of senior and middle managers and key technical personnel,and provides the basis for the subsequent establishment of scientific incentive mechanism.Finally,based on the actual situation of IG company,based on the establishment of IG company incentive mechanism design principles and design ideas of incentive mechanism for senior managers,personnel,management of key technical personnel are described,in particular,for top managers should be the implementation of equity incentive and flexible benefits plan,set up a special contribution award and the establishment of reverse incentive measures,and for the management of the personnel,must through the diversified salary incentive system,good working environment,long-term training plan,occupation career planning,improve the participation incentive way of incentive;for the core technical staff,can the implementation of equity incentive,improve the occupation career the design and implementation of long-term incentive system and improve the system of open and fair competition for jobs.The relevant research conclusions have certain reference value for the incentive mechanism design of high-tech enterprises.
