The development of the enterprise cannot do without the rich human resources, human capital, especially human capital is the key factor for an enterprise in a leading position in the market competition. There are quite a number of technical personnel losses to other company in Zibo every year, causing a great loss of irreversible young technical staff has the talent turnover of enterprises development. How to retain talent is the current main problems of ZBGH company.To solve the realistic problem of ZBGH company, this paper analyses the incentive mechanism based on the current at the same time, the main cause of technical personnel flow is a present incentive mechanism existence question, and led to the technical personnel of dissatisfaction with the company distribution system; on the other hand, ZBGH Company material incentive light spirit incentive, not to improve the enthusiasm of design personnel, ultimately resulting in a loss of technical personnel.Combining theory with practice, through the elaboration of the characteristics of knowledge workers, the combination of the current incentive theory, are studied deeply and systematically on how to motivate knowledge workers, and with reference to basic research on incentive mechanism of knowledge workers at home and abroad, a clear incentive mechanism, the ZBGH company that is, material incentive and spiritual incentives also catch, can not be neglected any point.Knowledge based employees have the life orientation of their own, the enterprise only to provide staff with the realization of life value platform can retain talent and produce a win-win situation.This paper is based on the study and use of incentive theory, in the actual demand survey ZBGH company technical staff and an extensive collection ofdesigner and advice management, to put forward for the incentive mechanism of the technical personnel of the company. This paper proposed the establishment of distribution system more effective, to material incentive is more fair and reasonable, and constantly develop new spiritual incentive and other aspects of the incentive way, meet the technical personnel needs, through a series of measures implemented, and ultimately achieve the purpose of retaining talent.
