With the rapid development of the intelligent era and the continuous innovation of science and technology,mobile phones have become an indispensable part of our lives,and the speed of mobile phone replacement is getting faster and faster,and the number of waste mobile phones has risen sharply.Waste mobile phones contain toxic substances that damage the environment and affect the health of the body.Improper recycling of waste mobile phones can lead to serious consequences.The recycling of waste mobile phones has become a social problem that needs to be solved urgently.Therefore,this thesis starts from the recycling mode of the third-party recycling processors,analyzes the influencing factors and importance.And by determining the most influential factors as the government,this thesis studies the recycling mode of the government and the third-party recycling processors,and conducts game analysis and simulation of the decision relationship between the government and the third-party recycling processor by adopting evolutionary game theory and the system dynamics simulation method.Based on the research results,this thesis then provides countermeasures and suggestions for the recycling of waste mobile phones.The details are as follows:1.Taking the recycling of waste mobile phones as the research object,this thesis introduces the research background and research significance,and then provides the research content,research methods and technical routes;based on this,the theoretical basic knowledge,method tools used in this thesis and research process including evolutionary game theory and model,system dynamics simulation methods and tools,and recycling model of waste mobile phones are elaborated,which provide the basis for the research.2.By reviewing the relevant literatures to summarize influencing factors of the third-party recycling processors,and calculating the weights of the influencing factors using the structural entropy method,the research object of this thesis,and the stakeholders and their game relationship is determined which provides the basis for evolutionary game modeling.3.For the two stakeholders-the government and third-party recycling processorsevolutionary theory is used to conduct evolutionary game modeling,explore the evolutionary relationship between government and third-party recycling processors,and analyze the stability of unilateral strategies and the hybrid strategies for the governments and third-party recycling processors.On this basis,the stability analysis of the dynamic penalty compensation measures is carried out,and the corresponding conclusions and suggestions are obtained.4.By using the system dynamics method,the evolutionary game results of the government and the third-party recycling processor strategies is simulated,simulation images of the single-party strategy,the hybrid strategy and the dynamic strategy are establish,the simulation images are compared and analyzed,the corresponding analysis is obtained according to the analysis,and conclusions and recommendations are concluded.
