With the popularity of smart phones,the attendant problem of resource waste and environmental pollution has become a major concern of the government and people.The Internet is the integration of the supply chain information,close to the consumer,"Internet + recovery" has gradually become the leading forces in the field of used phone recycling,and provide strong motivation for high efficiency recovery.Therefore,consider government subsidies of waste recycling mobile phone Internet decision problem has more practical significance.In this thesis,the research method of qualitative analysis and mathematical model optimization is used to study the problem of Internet recycling decision of used mobile phone from the perspective of business model and government subsidy.First,with the aid of the business model canvas,the paper analyzes the recycling process and development dilemma of the used mobile phone with no government subsidy.According to the system theory,we take the cause and effect layer-strategy layer-action layer and the support layer as the framework,and put forward the development proposal of the multilateral platform business model with mutual benefit and win-win value as the core.Then,considering the government subsidy factor and using the game theory,the thesis constructs the Stackelberg Game model dominated by the mobile phone manufacturer,analyzes the optimal decision problem of the system under the centralized decision and the decentralized decision,analyzes the influence of the government subsidy factor on the optimal solution of the system,uses the actual data to carry out numerical Analysis on the optimal solution of the system,and discusses the government supplement.Paste the influence of each parameter in the influence function on the function.Based on the above research,this research puts forward the following suggestions for the development of the recycling mode of the used mobile phone Internet: First,adhere to the value proposition of mutual benefit and win-win value network,develop the multilateral platform business model;Second,actively paying attention to the policy changes,adopt the centralized decision-making strategy to maximize the value;Third,the government scaling up intervention for the used mobile phone.Intervention can positively affect the used mobile phone recovery system by adjusting the parameters in the subsidy influence function.
