Research On The Circulation Of Rural Land In Tibet

Land is the fundamental condition for people to survive,a non-renewable resource and the key to solve the problem of agriculture and rural three.The land problem is the most important one in people's livelihood from ancient time to the present,and the problem of rural land circulation is a big part in our country.With the improvement of agricultural production technology,he transfer of labor force and the advancement of modern urban construction,the form dispersion of traditional management and the backwardness of production mode are not suitable for the scale and modernization requirements of agriculture.In order to ensure the smooth modernization of socialist agriculture in Tibet,dealing with the problem of land well is of great necessity.However,affected by unfavorable factors such as natural climate and high average elevation,the geographical environment of Tibet in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is different from that of the mainland,which causes a condition that climate is unsuitable for cultivation and arable land is relatively insufficient.In addition,traditionally crop-based planting makes the land less profitable and the added value of the product relatively low.Nowadays,ibet's society and economy get a cross-cutting development,and the economic benefits and utilization of the land is also more and more demanding,so the study of the rural land transfer in Tibet for the promotion of urbanization and industrial upgrading and transformation,as well as to increase farmers' income and build a new socialist countryside also has a very important realistic significance.This thesis mainly studies the problems in the process of rural land circulation in Tibet.Based on the research and analysis of the problems existing in the rural land circulation in Tibet,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the rural land circulation in Tibet,promote the smooth circulation of rural land in Tibet,improve the development of rural land scale and the utilization efficiency of rural land.Firstly,the paper analyzes the relevant theories and research results related to rural land circulation by means of literature analysis,summarizes the scale and characteristics of rural land circulation in Tibet,and analyzes the present situation of rural land circulation in Tibet,combined with the data information published on the government website.In addition,this paper,through the questionnaire survey from the perspective of the main body of rural land circulation,analyzes the reasons which affect land circulation.After analyzing the present situation and influencing factors of rural land circulation in Tibet,the problems that hinder the circulation of rural land in Tibet are found out.The thesis is mainly composed of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background,research purpose,research significance and research methods,as well as the innovation points and shortcomings of the paper.The second chapter presents the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the thesis,and introduces the evolution course of the rural land system in Tibet.The third chapter is to collate and analyze the present situation of rural land circulation in Tibet according to the information published by the government websites in various regions of Tibet and the data in the Statistical Yearbook of Tibet in 2017.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems existing in the current rural land circulation in Tibet from three levels of farmers,governments and lessees according to the data of the survey questionnaire.The fifth chapter puts forward relevant suggestions from five aspects like government,peasants,society,intermediary and market according to the problems existing in the rural land circulation in Tibet,aiming to better promote and manage the healthy and efficient circulation of rural land in Tibet through the research of this paper.
