In recent years, with the rise of manufacturing industries such as aviation, aerospace and high-speed rail, the mechanical and electrical products manufacturing industry is faced with changes in many varieties and small batches, and shortened delivery cycles, etc. At the same time, the expansion of user's individualized demand makes its production organization and production management complicated. To this end, more and more mechanical and electrical products companies use advanced production methods to cope with the production needs of multiple varieties and small batches, and on the other hand continue to improve product production efficiency to adapt to the pace of society. As the degree of collaborative manufacturing of enterprises increases, the matching research between manufacturing tasks and services of complex electromechanical products becomes more and more important, only a reasonable match between manufacturing tasks and services can ensure efficient and coordinated execution of later tasks and shorten the production cycle of products. Therefore, this paper studies the matching process of the manufacturing tasks and services of complex electromechanical products from the perspective of global satisfaction. The main contents are as follows:On the basis of analyzing the production process and characteristics of complex electromechanical products, the manufacturing task is decomposed into multiple subtasks, and the matching process of manufacturing tasks and services of complex electromechanical products is studied from the two-way matching level of subtasks and services;and the matching program and the main problems solved of manufacturing tasks and service for complex electromechanical products is determined to provide a basis for the matching of subsequent tasks and services. In the case of considering that both the task party and the service party have the option, the inter-task competition relationship and the inter-service synergy relationship are introduced. The characteristics of tasks and services are analyzed, the competition between tasks and the synergy between services are analyzed;the satisfaction evaluation index system of tasks and services matching is constructed from four aspects of task attribute, service attribute, competition relationship and synergy effect.Based on the satisfaction evaluation indicators of complex electromechanical product manufacturing tasks and services, considering the psychological behavior of tasks and services, taking the expectation of the bilateral principal attributes of tasks and services as the reference point, the foreground theory and the expected aggregation method are used to calculate the four satisfactions of the task to the service, the service to the task, the task, and the service;with the four maximum satisfaction as the objective function, establish a complex mechanical and electrical product manufacturing task and service matching model considering global satisfaction. In order to solve the problem of inaccurate matching model results,a Lagrangian heuristic algorithm is proposed to solve the task and service matching model of complex electromechanical products.Relaxed coupling constraints and consistency constraints, the problem is decomposed and expressed, and the Lagrangian relaxation algorithm is used to solve the upper bound of the manufacturing task and service matching model of complex electromechanical products;based on the upper bound information, the Lagrangian heuristic algorithm is constructed to solve the complex mechanical and electrical product manufacturing task and service matching model, and the feasible solution of the model is obtained. Finally, the application research of A enterprise production task is taken as an example, and the case results are analyzed to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.
