Aviation complex product as an important national strategy development high-tech product, is a symbol of national comprehensive science and technology innovation level and reflects the comprehensive national strength. Nowadays, the main manufacturer-suppliers mode is generally used in the development process of aviation complex product. In order to meet the aviation complex product’s various resource requirements, it is very important for main manufacturer to set up a platform for cooperation with the help of its unique advantages. With this platform, supplier resources can be integrated in a more effective way and the technical innovation level of aviation complex product can show a significant boost. So, the distributed technological innovation cooperation of aviation complex product and the optimal resources integration strategy under this production mode has been studied in this paper.Under the background of the distributed technological innovation cooperation mode of aviation complex product, this paper has a detailed study on the resource integration among multi-agents respectively from two aspects. In the aspect of cooperation behavior, based on the long term cooperation between multi-agents during the total product cycle of complex product, this paper sets up a symbiosis model which focusing on the resources inputs and resources contributions of different enterprises.Research shows that enterprise competence, correlation between enterprises and behaviors of main manufacturer do affect the effects of resources integration significantly. In the aspect of resources integration strategy, considering the behavioral intervention of main manufacturer, this paper sets up a decomposition principle of resource integration and utility functions. Respectively from the two aspects of product global optimization and supplier individual optimization, this paper has set up two decision-making models. Through the example it can be found that the main manufacturer’s active behavior can optimize the suppliers’ resource integration effect and promote the synergy effect of aviation complex product.Through the above research, the cooperative behavior between main manufacturer and suppliers has been discussed in detail. The upper limit of resource investment and the optimal behavior of resources integration have been given in this paper. It is hoping to provide a theoretical framework and specific decision-making modus for the main manufacturer to deal with the resources integration problems between multi-agents and to advance the cooperation effects of aviation complex product.
