Research On The Upgrading Of China's Service Industry Under The Background Of Global Value Chain Reconstruction

Global value chain reconstruction,this form of international division of labor within products,linking high-income countries closely with other high-income countries.Now all countries in the world to develop service industry as the new engine of the national economy,the new era of "service power" strategy and "China service" brand is an urgent need to improve the level and technology of industry in the global value chain,vigorously promote the service industry,accelerate the development of services,implementation services,is the inevitable requirement of modernization in China,is also facing the 21st century development of major strategic task.Whether the upgrading of China's service industry in the new era is correct or not is closely related to whether China's service industry in the new era can be embedded into the global value chain reconstruction system to deepen its participation,get rid of low-end lock and realize industrial upgrading.Based on the background of global value chain reconstruction,this paper takes China s service industry as the research object,and on the basis of existing domestic and foreign literatures and relevant theories,conducts a comprehensive and systematic calculation analysis and empirical research on China's service industry,and conducts an in-depth analysis on the enlightenment of China's service industry upgrading.First,it clarifies the development status of China's service industry,then it finds out the factors influencing the upgrading of China's service industry,and finally comes to the conclusion of how China's service industry should be upgraded.Based on the above research context,this paper draws the corresponding conclusions:(1)from 2005 to 2015,China's GVC participation in the service industry showed an inverted "U",shape,and the GVC status index showed an inverted "M" shape before 2010,and began to show a slow growth trend after 2010.China's service industry started from a low level and started late.The added value of the service industry is far lower than that of high-income countries and countries of the same income type.(2)during 2014 and 2015,the GVC status index of China s service industry surpassed that of the United States for the first time.The dominant industries in China's service industry are information and communication industry and other industrial and commercial service industries,while the inferior industries are financial industry.The overall development level of China's service industry is relatively low.(3)the positive factors for the upgrading of China's service industry include the degree of government intervention and GVC participation in the service industry,while the negative factors include the degree of industrialization,service trade and capital investment,and the uncertain factors include research and development investment,China's service industry upgrading revelation for capital-intensive high technology service enterprises and brand marketing channels intensive service enterprises two-way drive,labour-intensive service enterprises,at the same time manufacturing and services,agriculture and service industry depth fusion depth coupling,service industry coordinated development,and relying on scientific and technological innovation,factors of supply chain and value chain value-added chain,industry chain,brand marketing chain using the value chain,service value chain to build services area fin ally embedded services global value chain.
