Based on stakeholder theory and sustainable development theory,this study evaluates Vanke Group's social responsibility performance based on seven different stakeholders: shareholders,employees,customers,government and society,creditors,environment and suppliers.It provides experience for other companies to fulfill their social responsibilities.First,starting with the basic situation of Vanke Group,this paper focuses on its financial status and social responsibility performance to summarize problems.Second,according to the appeals of different stakeholders,this paper selects 27 evaluation indicators to evaluate its CSR performance,through entropy weight method determining the weight.Then,this paper uses the grey relational degree analysis method to get the comprehensive score of Vanke Group's 2013-2017 CSR performance.According to the score,its individual and holistic shortcomings in fulfilling CSR were analyzed.At last,suggestions for improvement were put forward which provided a countermeasure for it to improve its sustainable development capability.The main conclusions of this study are:Vanke Group's CSR performance was the best in 2017,followed by 2016.In 2014,corporate social responsibility performance was the worst;Vanke Group has the best and worst performance for different stakeholders in the same year.This phenomenon shows that its ability to comprehensively satisfies the interests of all stakeholders' is insufficient.In the process of fulfillment,there is the existence of "taking care of this";In the past 5 years,Vanke Group scored higher on the average degree of shareholders,employees,government and society,and lower of it to customers,creditors,environment and suppliers.Explaining that Vanke Group has a tendency to consciously rank different stakeholders in the process of fulfilling CSR.
