On July 18,2017,the ministry of transport,the China national tourism administration,and so on six ministries jointly issued "about promoting the development of transportation and tourism integration several opinions(pay plan is sent [2017] 24 files),the paper on the basis of clear traffic and tourism status clearly points out that the comprehensive transportation system in our country constantly improve the realistic conditions,transportation and tourism integration development has become a new trend of the transformation of tourism industry development in our country,should expand the effective supply transportation conditions to optimize the tourism development,speed up the formation of the new pattern of transportation and tourism integration development.As a national tourism in Yunnan province,is now in a critical period,transformation and upgrading of tourism development of border tourism activities conducted by the boom inject fresh impetus to the overall tourism development pattern,leisure vacation,sightseeing,cultural experience,border trade shopping tourism product types and activities of a variety of ways in JingHong,RuiLi,TengChong,HeKou and 25 in Yunnan province(city)actively expand and achieved certain results.With the continuous progress of various development work in the border areas of Yunnan province,the "bottleneck" problem of regional traffic that has long restricted the development of border tourism activities is gradually being improved and solved.How to realize the research on the improvement of Yunnan border tourism under the coupling condition of traffic and tourism analysis has both theoretical and practical significance.In view of the above policy,favorable conditions,such as traffic optimization to improve the whole level of border tourism development in Yunnan province,narrow the gap between internal development and optimize the border tourism space layout to achieve healthy development of the national natural science fund project " tourism spatial pattern,mechanism and mode of cross-border development in the southwest border study"(41671147),under the strong support of 25 in Yunnan province(city)as the border area of Yunnan province,the border areas of Yunnan province travel and transportation coupling and promote the development of related research.After reviewing the relevant studies at home and abroad,this paper tries to define the key concepts involved in this paper,such as border area,border tourism and traffic pattern,and takes "core-edge","point-axis",synergistic relationship and geo-relationship theory as the theoretical basis of this paper.After finish the above work,in this paper,the border areas of Yunnan province traffic development and border tourism development two aspects of time and space evolution analysis,which USES the method of qualitative description will be divided into peripheral border transportation development in Yunnan province development,internal series and area through three stages,by using the method the quantitative analysis of the superiority degree of traffic space evolution characteristics;Use standard deviation,coefficient of variation,the gini coefficient,geographic concentration factor,first degree,Herfindahl index and the research methods of Yunnan province during 2010-2017 in county(city)scale time evolution characteristics of tourism economic development analysis and border tourism development space characteristics summarized as dot gathered,point axis diffusion,plate and strip in the three stages of development.Based on the description of the correlation mechanism between the transportation system and the border tourism system,the index system of the two systems is constructed,and the coupling coordination degree of each county(city)in the border area of Yunnan province is evaluated by using the coupling coordination degree measurement method consisting of standardized processing,entropy value method,coupling degree and so on.Based on the results of relevant analysis and the actual situation of border tourism development,this paper analyzes the components of border tourism system and the driving mechanism of border tourism system,and explains the mutual driving mechanism of transportation and border tourism in the border area of Yunnan province.Finally,the paper puts forward the strategy of Yunnan border tourism development.This study draws the following conclusions:1.From 2010 to 2017,the absolute difference in the scale of tourism development between counties(cities)has been enlarged,the concentration degree of tourism development has been dispersed,the internal order of tourism development has been improved,and the scale structure of tourism development has been stable.The spatial level of tourism development generally goes through the stage of point-like agglomeration development,the stage of point-axis coordinated diffusion development,and the stage of plate and strip development.2.In terms of transportation stage evolution,Yunnan's border area has experienced two stages of external development(1990-2010)and internal connection(2011-2017),and is currently in the stage of regional connection(2018-2030).In terms of spatial evolution,compared with 2017,the border areas of Yunnan province in 2010 have such characteristics as the optimization of the overall regional traffic advantage,the easy realization of regional level improvement along the traffic arteries,the obvious divergence development characteristics of "point,belt and surface",and the aggravation of the imbalance of regional internal traffic development.3.Through the coupling calculation and analysis of the transportation system and the border tourism system in the border area of Yunnan province,it is observed that the coordination area of the coupling of the transportation system and the border tourism system is Jinghong city.Preliminary coordination area includes Tengchong,Ruili,Mangshi,Hekou,Mengla and other counties and cities;The coupling degree is close to the disorder area is Lancang,Funing,Malipo,Longling,Lushui,Gengma,Jinping,Yingjiang,Cangyuan,Menghai ten counties(cities);Currently,there are nine counties including Longchuan,Menglian,Lvchun,Maguan,Zhenkang,Jiangcheng,Ximeng,Gongshan and Fugong in the area where the coupling of transportation and border tourism system is out of order.4.The border tourism system is mainly composed of relevant elements in the three subsystems of supply,system and field.The two-way driving mechanism of transportation and border tourism is composed of source power and exogenous thrust.Among them,the driving forces include the expansion and upgrading of the demand of tourists in Yunnan border areas,the impact of transportation on the formation of spatial pattern of Yunnan border tourism,the overall development goal of Yunnan border tourism in terms of transportation services,the acceleration of transportation construction in the development of border tourism,and the expansion of transportation supply driven by the demand of border tourism.Exogenous impetus includes social and economic progress,special policy guidance,technical innovation promotion,marketing promotion,regional cooperation and so on.5.Put forward to build four district six axis "three gallery" area of Yunnan province border tourism spatial pattern,integration of border tourism resources rich product line,around the traffic layout element construction meet the demand of tourists,strengthen border tourism publicity perfect build tourism brand,development economic support traffic construction services border tourism,making special brigade policy from external cooperation countermeasure at seven.
