Study On Xi Jinping's Theory Of Poverty Alleviation

Poverty alleviation work has always been a matter of great concern to our party and government.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,under the leadership of Xi Jinping,the CPC Central Committee has implemented a series of pro-poor policies.At present,the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and a well-off society has basically taken shape.The major social contradictions in our country have also been transformed into the contradictions between the ever-growing need for a better life and unbalanced development.In order to fully build a well-to-do society and focus on the overall national development strategy,eliminating poverty in an all-round way is an issue that we must first solve,and Xi Jinping's theory of poverty alleviation is the most scientific solution to this issue.This study analyzes and summarizes the theoretical basis,formation and development,main contents and the times value of Xi Jinping's poverty alleviation theory.The theoretical basis of Xi Jinping's theory of poverty alleviation includes drawing lessons from the anti-poverty theory of Marxism and inheriting and developing Mao Zedong Thought and the anti-poverty thought in the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Starting from practice,Xi Jinping formed a new theory of poverty alleviation in line with the current reality of socialism with Chinese characteristics in light of the new changes in national conditions,world affairs and party conditions since the 18 th CPC National Congress.Xi Jinping theory of poverty alleviation is mainly based on the five major development concepts and the concept of large-scale agriculture as the fundamental,with the development and solution to the problems in poor areas;the theory of precision is the core of poverty alleviation,with six precision guidelines for poverty alleviation;Grasping the governance pattern of helping the poor,strengthening the core forces at the grass-roots level of poverty alleviation,carrying out large-scale poverty alleviation work with the participation of the whole society,supporting and encouraging the whole society to take part in poverty alleviation in a flexible and diversified manner,and paying attention to the role of spiritual poverty alleviation in settling poverty and finally participating International poverty reduction is an important complement to the problem of poverty.Xi Jinping's theory of poverty alleviation not only uses the materialist dialectics,but also from the perspective of history and practical experience,analyzes and summarizes the current situation of poverty on the basis of the present poverty in our country to put forward countermeasures and solutions to the national poverty alleviation and provide a basis for enriching China Characteristic Socialism Poverty Alleviation Theory.As an important guideline for developing countries in the crucial period of lifting poverty,Xi Jinping's theory of poverty alleviation can play a good reference role for other developing countries.In the process of comprehensively implementing Xi Jinping's theory of poverty alleviation,it is helpful to eliminate the last short board of building a well-off society in an all-round way,to lift people in poverty-stricken areas out of poverty and eventually towards common prosperity.Xi Jinping's theory of poverty alleviation is the result of collective wisdom under the new era and an important thought for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream by the Chinese nation.
