A Study On The Endogenous Motivation Of Poverty Alleviation Of The Poor Under The Background Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

As a country with a high incidence of poverty,China has never stopped poverty eradication since the founding of the People's Republic of China.The implementation of targeted poverty alleviation is not only the trend of the times,but also the inevitable requirement of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way in China.At the same time,with the vigorous implementation of targeted poverty alleviation,the number of rural poor people in China decreased sharply from 98.99 million at the end of 2012 to 16.6 million at the end of2018,a total reduction of 82.39 million;the incidence of poverty also decreased from 10.2%in 2012 to 1.7%,a total reduction of 8.5 percentage points,which also shows that solid progress in poverty alleviation has achieved good results.However,we need to be clear about that China is still the largest developing country in the world.Although we have won the key battle of poverty alleviation in stages,we need to make rational exploration of anti-poverty work in the long run.With the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation,a large number of Poverty Alleviation Policies and assistance measures have also given the poor people some exclusive benefits,but at the same time,it has also brought about serious problems such as "farmers competing for poverty" and "relying on others" of poor households,which is also the key problem that needs to be addressed in the next poverty alleviation work in China.The implementation of the targeted Poverty Alleviation Policies needs local governments to find the policy foothold based on the problems in local practice and the actual situation.H Township,Zhengzhou City,located in the Central Plains of Henan Province,has thoroughly implemented the requirements of targeted poverty alleviation.At this stage,the task of poverty reduction has been implemented.With the continuous improvement of the working mechanism and the gradual clarity of the targeted poverty alleviation path,the author believes that the poverty alleviation work needs to focus on "supporting wisdom" and focus on effectively stimulating the endogenous power of poverty alleviation of the poor,which is also an important research topic for the next poverty alleviation work.This paper mainly analyzes the problems and difficulties in the implementation process of targeted poverty alleviation by combining the data and first-hand materials collected from the field,and puts forward specific solutions,hoping to provide a reference for solving the problem of how to stimulate the endogenous power of poverty alleviation of the poor in the current targeted poverty alleviation work.
