Since the trade war,China's export enterprises have faced increasingly severe challenges,and at the same time,competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce.Therefore,enterprises need to define their own positioning,formulate a market competition strategy that suits their own interests,and seek the best development path in order to seek their long-term development.As we all know,the competitive strategy choice of an enterprise is the path planning made by the enterprise according to its internal and external environment.Through this path,the enterprise's goal can be achieved.There are many literature on the choice of competitive strategies at home and abroad.Most of the competitive strategy measurement methods are management research methods such as questionnaire survey and classification comparison.There are also a few documents that measure competitive strategies from the perspective of financial data.Product quality is measured by a measure of competitive strategy.In terms of research objects,most of them are listed companies,and there are few related researches on export enterprises.Therefore,based on the existing research,this paper takes China's export enterprises as the research object,and conducts an empirical study on the relationship between enterprise productivity,the importing country and the institutional environment of the province where the enterprise is located and the choice of competitive strategy.This paper combines industrial enterprise database,customs database and World Bank Global Governance Index database and CEPII database to measure enterprise competition strategy through enterprise financial indicators and product quality,and then identify the competitive strategy adopted by enterprises,and analyze the strategy and total factors.The relationship between productivity and the institutional environment at home and abroad.After analysis and argumentation,the paper concludes that:(1)the productivity of enterprises,the institutional environment of the importing country and the institutional environment of the province where the enterprise is located have a significant positive impact on the choice strategy of the enterprise;(2)the productivity of the enterprise,the institutional environment of the importing country and the location of the enterprise.The provincial and municipal institutional environment has a significant negative impact on the enterprise's choice of centralized strategy;(3)the higher the productivity of the enterprise,the better the institutional environment of the province and city where the enterprise is located,the lesslikely it is to choose a low-cost strategy,a centralized differentiation strategy,and a low concentration.Cost strategy.The better the institutional environment of the importing country,the more likely it is to choose a centralized differentiation strategy and focus on a low-cost strategy,and the less likely it is to choose a low-cost strategy.
