The relationship between individual and organization is changing from individual dependence on organization to relative equilibrium.Fewer and fewer individuals will be employed in a particular organization for life, and the active flow of employees across organizational boundaries is becoming more and more normal. At the same time, the support of mobile interconnection technology makes the social connectivity between individuals increase rapidly. After leaving the company, employees may still maintain close social connections with each other and with the original organization, presenting the unique phenomenon of “leaving but keep in touch” and “leaving but get together”.The “Former Orange Club”,formed by Alibaba's former employees,is influencing Alibaba in its unique way.Alibaba's attitude towards it is also changing from avoidance and non-contact to active contact and acceptance. The former employee has terminated the employment relationship with the former organization, and the ex-employee community is not within the scope of the management of the former organization, but the former employee and its community may still have a real or potential impact on the former organization. It has positive theoretical and practical significance for the study of modern organization management under the background of mobile internet to deeply observe the impact mechanism and explore the theoretical basis behind it.The influence between the former organization and the ex-employee community is bi-directional.This study mainly focuses on the influence of the former organization from the perspective of organization. It explores the motivation, conditions and mechanism behind the phenomenon of the ex-employee community and the former organization. It also explores the interconnection by means of literature research, descriptive analysis and second-hand data analysis. With the new connotation of human resources management in the networked context, the concept, formation background, process and type of the ex-employee community are defined clearly, and the conditions of the ex-employee community influencing the original organization are identified. The research finds that the background difference of the ex-employee community is one of the key factors. In those industries with strong industrial synergy, high knowledge intensity and obvious talent gap,the ex-employee community has a greater impact on the organization. The characteristics of the former organization and the ex-employee community will also become the prerequisite for the former organization to influence the former organization. The ex-employee community can influence the former organization's human resources, business resources, information resources and internal or external reputation through the relationship mechanism and reputation mechanism. Finally, from the conceptual level and the practical level of human resources management, this study puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the organization to deal with external human resources and the management of employee relationship. The purpose of this study is to expand the connotation and boundaries of human resources management, deepen the theory of employee turnover management, and guide the practice of turnover management,so as to produce positive theoretical value and practical contribution.
