Study On Evaluation System Of Dairy Cold Chain Logistics

In recent years,with the improvement of residents’ consumption capacity,the trend of the residents’ pursuit of the high-end consumption is becoming more and more obvious,and the consumption structure has been further upgraded.The low-temperature dairy products are gradually becoming an indispensable part of the lives of Chinese residents.However,the interruption problem has occurred from time to time in the process of dairy products’ production and sales.And it will lead to safety issues,which will affect the health of residents.Cold chain Logistics,as a key factor in the dairy industry,is closely related to the development of the dairy industry,and plays a vital role in ensuring the safety of the dairy industry.Therefore,in order to ensuring the safety of dairy products,we need to research on the cold chain logistics of dairy products,and help the dairy companies grasp the status and issues.This paper proposes that,the dairy cold chain logistics is the food logistics activities that always require the original milk and its products to maintain the specified low temperature conditions in the dairy industry chain,from the farming to the sales.And,considering all kinds of logistics activities in the whole process.According to the research objectives and tasks,this paper constructs an evaluation system of dairy cold chain logistics,based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of dairy cold chain logistics,and combines the relevant literature and field research.The main work and results of this article are as follows: Firstly,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the problem,logistics and supply chain models,and the process of dairy cold chain logistics.Secondly,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of dairy product cold chain logistics,which from three aspects: dairy safety,logistics management and service quality,by using a hierarchical and refined method.Thirdly,this paper constructs an evaluation model with combination of Entropy Weight method,Triangular Fuzzy number Analytic Hierarchy Process and VIKOR method,and then using the Grey Relational Analysis and the Distance of Contact Vector to optimize the model.Fourthly,this paper simulates the index of the indicators of three dairy companies,then verified the effectiveness of the evaluation system according to the field investigation.
