Research On Procedure Model Of Process Innovation Technology Predictive Based On TRIZ

With the gradual formation and development of innovation environment,technological innovation plays a more and more important role in driving the development of manufacturing enterprises and improving the level of manufacturing technology.If enterprises want to obtain long-term competitiveness through industrial innovation,it is necessary to ensure the correctness of process innovation research and development.However,it is difficult to determine the correct direction of technological innovation,the technological innovation has high risk,easy to cause the enterprise R & D resources loss,the loss of development opportunities.The prediction process innovation can help enterprises to find the correct direction of development,strategic layout reasonably and effectively,make full use of the opportunity to reduce the risk of technological innovation,technological innovation,enterprises make rational allocation of resources,to obtain the considerable development.On the basis of absorbing and drawing on the domestic and foreign research results,this paper studies the process innovation technology,which aims to help the enterprise to determine the development direction of technology innovation accurately and quickly.First of all,this paper studies the mechanism of technology innovation of technology evolution,gives the connotation of technological evolution law in the process of innovation,in order to be able to quickly and accurately obtain meaningful interpretation of the concept of evolutionary lines,the combination of technology and system integrity law and evolution mode,technology evolution matrix is constructed for technological innovation,rapid convenient researchers choose the appropriate line of technology evolution.Then,from the three aspects of the determination of the evolution direction of technological innovation,the emergence of new technology,and the evaluation of the results of technical prediction,the specific research is carried out.The three stages of the specific research process is as follows: firstly,put forward by MPC(market-policy-cost)factors combined with the analysis of needs evolution laws determine the process innovation goals,according to the connotation of technological evolution law in the process of innovation,and technology evolution matrix determine the evolution route;after the application of resource analysis,analogy method,standard solution new process in the future,and make evaluation of technology forecasting results;finally constructs the process model to predict process innovation,and the road bridge erection process to predict the correctness and feasibility of the model.
