As a pillar industry of China's information industry,PCB(Printed Circuit Board)industry plays a crucial role in the development of China's national economy.After nearly 40 years of development,PCB has passed the high-speed development period of the industry.Since 2005,the growth rate has slowed down and entered a mature period.With the development of economic globalization,the main factors that affect PCB companies to gain competitive advantage are constantly changing.Optimizing supplier management has become an important factor for companies to reduce costs and improve their competitiveness.Based on the elaboration of related concepts of supplier management,combined with the current domestic and foreign research status of supplier management,and the analysis of current environment of Y company,this thesis points out the following problems that exist in the process of supplier management of Y company: supplier capacity is uneven,the company lacks effective supplier evaluation mechanism;Supplier delivery management confusion;Supply and demand management coordination between Y company and suppliers is weak.To solve these problems,this thesis puts forward relevant countermeasures to improve the company supplier management scheme and supporting measures: optimize the supplier evaluation and selection of suppliers;the implementation of differential management;introduce the core supplier management mechanism,the implementation of management mechanism of the supplier standards.In addition,taking into account the difficulty of manage the key materials' suppliers,it proposed special measures to improve the cooperation with strategic suppliers.In the process of demonstration,using the concept of ABC classification management and value engineering,through the analysis of the problems that Y printed circuit board company is currently experiencing,referred to the information of Y printed circuit board company,proposed the solutions to solve the problems.Finally,this thesis summarized the research results,pointed out the inadequacies during the research processes,and looked forward to the follow-up work of Y company.In this thesis,proposes improvements and solutions through proposing problems and analyzing problems of Y company.Improves the supplier manage problems of Y company,makes Y company more competitive in the international competition.Hence,the main ideas of this thesis have reference value to similar enterprises to improvement their supplier management problems and competitiveness.
