With the acceleration of the development of modern logistics industry in China,coupled with the opportunity of industrial transformation and upgrading,and the demand of urbanization development process,the logistics industry bursts out more vigorous vitality.In order to adapt to the current background,the logistics industry has put forward higher requirements for resource integration and intensive development.Logistics parks are the inevitable outcome of the development of modern logistics industry at this stage.They can enhance the intensive degree of logistics resources,promote the upgrading of logistics technology and services,enhance the scale efficiency,improve the operating environment,and adapt to the path of industrial transformation and upgrading and urbanization development in China.After the rapid construction in recent years,China’s logistics parks already have a considerable scale,but due to the short development time,the development quality of logistics parks is poor.As a result,there are many bottlenecks in the development of logistics parks,and the service quality of logistics parks is uneven,which has become an important factor restricting the healthy development of logistics parks.Therefore,this paper proposes to establish a scientific and perfect logistics park service quality evaluation system to help the logistics parks find out the problems in the development process,guide the logistics parks to break through the bottlenecks,improve the service quality level,and achieve a healthy development with high quality.From the point of the formation mechanism of logistics parks service quality,this paper studies the service quality of logistics parks based on user perception and organizational support,and constructs an improved catastrophe theory model of logistics parks service quality evaluation.Firstly,the whole process of value proposition,value creation and value acquisition of logistics parks is analyzed,and the network effect of two-sided market of logistics parks is explained,thus the value network model of logistics parks is obtained.According to the value network model,the service quality of logistics parks is deconstructed,and the internal formation mechanism of logistics parks service quality based on user perception and organizational support is proposed.Then,according to the different characteristics of user perception and organizational support,the selection and design of evaluation index system are carried out respectively.On this basis,the initial indicators are checked and adjusted by questionnaire and factor analysis,and the final service quality evaluation index system of logistics parks is obtained.Subsequently,the catastrophe theory model is improved by principal component analysis and entropy weight method,and the importance of indicators is ranked by combination weighting method.The evaluation process and implementation steps of the improved catastrophe theory model are proposed.Finally,the paper evaluates the service quality level of N warehouse logistics park through empirical analysis,classifies the evaluation results of each index by IPA analysis,and puts forward constructive strategies to improve the index in order to ensure the effective improvement of N warehouse logistics park service quality.
