Tourism accessibility is an important factor affecting the development of tourism,and it is a core proposition of tourism geography research.Since 2015,China's tourism industry has entered a stage of rapid development of "Comprehensive Tourism".All aspects have attached great importance to the construction and improvement of the tourism transportation service system.The issue of external tourism traffic on "coming in" has improved,but the problem of "coming in and out" is still serious.At present,the academic and political circles have certain achievements in the theoretical exploration of "Comprehensive Tourism",but there are insufficient special studies on the tourism accessibility under the comprehensive tourism development concept,especially the research on the accessibility of tourist attractions in the district.Thence it is of great practical significance to explore the accessibility issue of tourist attractions under the Comprehensive Tourism development stage.First of all,this paper selects the time nodes before and after the "Comprehensive Tourism" in 2014 and 2018,and collects the AA level and above of tourist attractions and tourism traffic development data in Weinan.Secondly,based on the data acquisition,Arc GIS10.1 and Ucinet 6 software are used to construct the static tourism traffic network and dynamic vehicle network in Weinan.Thirdly,combined with Arc GIS spatial analysis function and accessibility model,the space-time accessibility value of the road network in 2014 and 2018 is measured.Through the Ucinet 6 spatial analysis function and the social network analysis model,the time and space accessibility of the dynamic network in two time nodes are measured.Finally,the space-time accessibility is visualized,and the accessibility differences of tourist attractions in Weinan are comprehensively analyzed from the three dimensions of time,space and observation,and then the influencing factors of the spatial differentiation pattern of accessibility are analyzed.Through this research,I get the main conclusions as follows:(1)In the era of "Comprehensive Tourism",the networked spatial structure of the tourist attractions in Weinan appears.In recent years,with the construction and improvement of the traffic network,the tourism traffic network of "three gallery and two line" has taken initial shape,and the development level of the road network has been significantly improved.The spatial structure of the AA level and above of tourist attractions has a networked space development trend.(2)Under the "Comprehensive Tourism",the holistic accessibility of the static tourism traffic network in Weinan has been significantly improved,but the performance of different regions is different.Overall,the average transit time of tourist attractions in AA and above in Weinan was reduced by 28.98 min compared with 2014,and the average passing distance was shortened by about 30.02 km.In the area along the Qinling mountains in southern Weinan,under the rapid development of the space-time compression effect,the accessibility level is significantly higher than that in 2014.The spatial accessibility value is between 59-96 km,and the average reachable distance is shortened by about 8-10 km.The reach value is between 0.7-1.6h,and the average reach time is reduced by about 5-10 min.In the central plains,the number of tourist attractions of AA grade and above has increased,the development level of road network has increased,the average reachable distance has been shortened by about 7km,and the average reachable time has been reduced by about 3-6min.In the northern loess tableland area,the development of tourist attractions is strengthened,but the development level of the road network is not good,the accessibility of time and space is still poor,but it has been improved compared with 2014.The spatial accessibility value is between 132-166 km,the average reachable distance shortened by about 6km,the time reachability value is between 2.5-3.4h,and the average reachable time is increased by5-7min.(3)Under the "Comprehensive Tourism",the accessibility of dynamic car network in Weinan has increased,but the performance of different scenic spots is different.The accessibility of the scenic spots of Huayin City,Tongguan County,Huazhou District,Linwei District and Dayi County have improved.The accessibility level of Pucheng County,Chengcheng County,southwest of Fuping County,South of Hancheng is general,and the supply of public transportation and tourism lines needs to be strengthened.However,there are few high-grade roads along the Taibei area in northern Weinan,and there are few tourist buses and special lines.The Baishui County expressway has not yet been built,so the accessibility of Baishui Lingao Ecological Park,the Fangshan Forest Park,Baishui Yaotou Tofu Culture Industrial Park,Baishui Heyuan Scenic Area,etc.is extremely poor,and the construction of tourism traffic road network and bus supply need to be improved.(4)The difference of natural geography in the region has a congenital effect on the accessibility pattern of tourist attractions of Grade AA and above in Weinan.The difference between the traffic network structure and the transportation mode,the location and distribution characteristics of the tourist attractions have a direct effect on the accessibility differentiation pattern.The human factors such as regional economic development,tourism management level and service level have indirect effects on the accessibility pattern.
