As an efficient form of urban spatial organization,multi-center urban spatial structure has become an inevitable trend in the development of most cities in China.With the continuous increase of residents' income level,the singularity of urban retail commercial space distribution can not meet the residents' pursuit of high quality life.The multi-centered distributiont of retail commercial space has become an inevitable trend.The multi-center space structure is The study of the distributiont of urban retail commercial space forms laid the theoretical foundation.Based on the morphological multi-center theory and the central-periphery theory under multi-center theory,this paper analyzes the distribution characteristics of retail commercial POI outlets in Xi'an in 2008,2013 and 2018 by using nuclear density analysis and correlation analysis methods.To study the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of retail commercial outlets in Xi'an,the correlation of the spatial distributiont of retail formats and the factors affecting their distribution,analyze the problems in the distribution of retail commercial outlets in Xi'an,and combine the current situation of urban development in Xi'an from a multi-center perspective.Suggestions for optimizing the spatial distribution of urban retail commercial outlets.Studies suggest that:(1)The spatial distribution of retail POI in Xi'an City shows the distribution of central agglomeration and peripheral dispersion.Overall,the “central-peripheral” characteristics of the spatial distribution of the eight retail formats are significantly different.(2)From a multi-center perspective,Xi'an retail business formats present spatially the main center,sub-center and multi-center spatial structure features of the “island center”,such as the integrated retail industry;but for now,there are still some retail The format is in a single-center development,such as the specialized retail industry for medical andmedical equipment.(3)The spatial distribution of retail outlets in various retail formats has a high degree of correlation between the two.For example,through the calculation of the correlation coefficient,it is concluded that automobile,motorcycle spare parts and other power-specific retail industries and hardware furniture,furniture and interior decoration retail outlets are highly relevant in terms of spatial distribution;and beverages and foods.And the specialized retail industry of tobacco products and the automobile and motorcycle parts and other power retail industries are in a low correlation state,which basically conforms to the actual spatial distribution of retail commercial outlets.(4)From the perspective of spatial and temporal dynamic changes of retail commercial outlets,the distribution of different districts and counties is significant,and it is affected by economic factors,demographic factors,traffic factors,policy factors and retail commercial outlets.It is empirically analyzed by selecting representative indicators.Out,the most important factor affecting the distribution of retail commercial space in Xi'an is the population density.The traffic factor is not high.This is also in line with the actual situation of Xi'an urban traffic development,such as considering the tombs excavated during the traffic construction process.The value of archaeological research,the construction of traffic is slow and sometimes "detours" construction.(5)In view of the current problems in the distribution of retail commercial space in Xi'an,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed: strengthen the connection between retail formats,optimize the industrial structure;build a scientific urban multi-center spatial structure system,and strengthen the government's macro-control role;Strengthen the guiding role of traffic in the spatial distribution of urban retail industry.Upgrade retail formats and improve overall competitiveness.
