Research On The Ecological Service Value Of Urban Community Road Space Based On Residents' Perception

With the accelerated development of urbanization and the shortage of urban land resources,urban community road space as the most basic open public space for residents,its spatial elements,resource allocation and spatial structure research and design are particularly urgent.In the new era,China's social development is not yet mature enough to fully meet the residents' high-quality living needs.This new contradiction and conflict reveals the new value concept of our people based on the actual material life satisfaction,which extends to the spiritual culture,ecological civilization,livable comfort and other needs.The 2018 annual meeting of urban planning in China focuses on "sharing and quality",and proposes to improve urban quality through the design and construction of high-quality community public space.In this context,how to optimize the urban community road space and enhance its ecological service value has become the focus of attention of geography,urban ecology and sociology.Starting from the new humanistic space concept of "people-oriented",this paper puts forward that urban community road space is not only the material space carrier of residents' communication activities,but also the environmental carrier of residents' emotions and community identity.The ecological service function and value of community road space reflects the quality of space life of urban community residents.The construction of community road space is constrained by objective living space structure and the level of community residents' needs.From the perspective of residents' perception,this paper studies the value of community road space ecological service,deconstructs the intrinsic mechanism of "human nature" ecological service value of road space,and explores the type and factor system of perception value,and explores the "hierarchical" community recognition of road space ecological service.Knowing the value and evaluation model,we should constantly innovate and realize the concept of harmonious,livable and sustainable community road space construction.Firstly,the paper deeply understands the main concepts and connotations of community road space and ecological service value.Clarify the internal relationship between them.At the present stage,the research and construction of community road space must discuss the value of "human nature" ecological service,and guarantee the sustainable development of road space is mainly reflected in its "ecological".Secondly,the relevant research theories and contents of urban roads at home and abroad are integrated and sorted out,and the research trend of road space development is analyzed.According to the four theories of urban spatial ecology,ecosystem theory,environmental perception behavior and location theory,it is concluded that spatial environment and individual residents interact,coordinate and different social groups have different perceptions of the value of road spatial ecological services.It is proposed that urban community road space should be constructed into a meaningful and valuable place,and that the value of urban community road space ecological service should be diversified to ensure the coordinated development of residents and space.Thirdly,re-interpret the essence and connotation of community road space ecological service.Based on the deconstruction of the function and essence of ecological service value of road space and the cognitive concept of residents,this paper reveals the types and elements of ecological service value of community road space,and then constructs the cognitive factor system of ecological service value of community road space.After the statistical verification of the sample survey of urban residents,the cognitive evaluation model of the value of community road space ecological services is finally established.Finally,three typical types of urban communities in the cultural and educational District of southern Xi'an are selected as examples for practical demonstration to explore the cognitive differences of different social groups on the value of road space ecological services in their communities.Finally,it is proposed to optimize the urban community road space ecological services,lay the foundation for building a better value system of road space ecological services,and provide guidance for planning and building a rich and complete road space,and improving the quality of residents' space.
