TsinlingMountains enjoy abundant natural ecological resources and have the potential to de-velop tourism. Under the background of leisure tourism,Tsining mountains shouldconstruct ecological tourism resort by establishing regional cooperation, breaking ad-ministrative division limit, and emphasizing the tourism joint of regional planning, forthe development of mountain tourism in this area.Referring to the theories of development of cultural heritage routes, ecologicalmountain tourism and the space structure of tourism at home and abroad, the paperwill combine the cultural heritage routes with the ecological mountain tourism, bypackaging the projects of cultural heritage tourism, improving the taste of resort andthe related products and using the driving effects of cultutal heritage to guide the de-velopment of ecological tourism, in order to optimize the spatial structure of tourism.Based on the analysis of the present tourism situation, it takes Liuba County as exam-ple and proposes the ecological mountain tourism based on the tourism routes of ShuRoad cultural heritage,then illustrates the tourism from the perspective of spacestructure of tourism.After reading a large number of literatures,the paper reviews the research historyand the latest progress on the cultural heritage routes and space structure of tourism athome and aboard,illustrating the guiding theories on this paper. By analysis of thetourism in Tsinling Mountains, it sets up the existing problems and the developingconditions and explores the developing model and space structure of ecological tour-ism in the area.Guided by the tourism routes of Shu Road cultural heritage,the paper discusseson how to construct regional ecological mountain tourism retort cooperatively. TakingLiuba County as example, it introduces the general situation in this area, elaboratesthe space structure (setting Liuba County as the space joint), and makes the layout plan for space structure of tourism, Raise Tourism development path and circuit de-sign of Baoxie road.The paper innovates the support for tourism products, optimizes the spatial struc-ture of tourism, in order to push the Liuba County as the important model in the tuor-ism routes, for the development of Qinling Mountains ecological tourism based on thetourism routes of Shu Road cultural heritage.
