| The central document No.1 has been focusing on the development of agriculture, countryside and farmers for sixteen consecutive years, emphasizing the priority of agricultural and rural development.Agriculture plays an increasingly important role in China’s economic development in the new era.In 2012,document No.1 of the Central Committee proposed to vigorously cultivate new types of professional farmers. As the most dynamic factor of production in agricultural development, new types of professional farmers are the most important part of agricultural development.Through increasing the efforts of cultivating new-type professional farmers, speeding up the growth of new business entities, enhancing the driving role of new-type professional farmers, and increasing farmers’ income,we can fundamentally solve the problem of "who will farm" and "how to farm".With the farmers entering the market economy, the combination of farmers has become the main form of improving market competitiveness.Among the main bodies of new agricultural management, farmers’ professional cooperatives are the most closely related to farmers and play the most important role in driving new professional farmers. Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the integration and development of new-type professional farmers and farmers’ professional cooperatives for promoting agricultural modernization, industrialization, organization and rural revitalization.By means of field interviews, questionnaires and case studies, the paper understands the basic situation of Donglizhuang Cooperative in Jinzhou City and the development of new professional farmers. The cooperative deepens the structural reform, actively cultivates new professional farmers, and promotes the specialization, scientificalization and standardization of grape cultivation. The cooperative has a strong reference and promotion significance.Based on the knowledge of economics and management, this paper studies the integration development principle of new professional farmers and farmer cooperatives, combines individual and organization organically by using cooperative management theory, and constructs a theoretical analysis framework for the integration of development stakeholders.Using Logistic model, this paper analyses the influencing factors of the integration and development of new-type professional farmers and farmers’ cooperatives, and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the integration. The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Great progress has been made in the cultivation of new-type professional farmers.High-quality new-type professional farmers have joined the market economy, guided the integration and development of farmers and cooperatives, formed interest alliances, and improved farmers’ ability to resist risks.(2)In the process of integration and development of new-type professional farmers and cooperatives, the benefits of new-type professional farmers’ members are as follows: increasing income, preferential purchase of agricultural materials, widening sales channels, free use of agricultural machinery and technical training. The benefits obtained by cooperatives include: improving the efficiency of management organization and enhancing the competitiveness of cooperatives.(3)Because of the different degree of self-development and the different degree of integration of joining cooperatives, there are differences in the integration and development of new-type professional farmers’ members and farmers’ professional cooperatives, which are mainly influenced by age, whether to participate in major decision-making of cooperatives, and whether to join the new-type professional farmers’ federation. The main innovation of this paper is to integrate the theory of human capital into the development of integration. It proposes to build a large-scale,industrialized and organized agricultural management system through the integration of development model, and to analyze the characteristics and problems of the integration of new professional farmers and farmers’ cooperatives.Secondly,it makes a quantitative analysis of the influencing factors of the integration and development of new-type professional farmers and cooperatives, and concludes that the significant factors affecting the integration and development are age, whether to participate in the management of cooperatives and whether to join the new-type professional farmers’ federation. |
