Research On The Current Situation And Development Path Of New Professional Farmers In Dalia

With the implementation of rural revitalization strategy in our country,accelerating the development of agricultural and rural modernization has become an important goal of the country and the people.However,the key of rural development strategy lies in human resources,specifically,it needs to train a group of“Love Agriculture,Know Technology,good management” of the new professional farmers.In fact,the cultivation of new-type professional farmers and rural revitalization and development strategy are closely related.The goal of the rural revitalization strategy is to promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,further promote the common development of urban and rural areas,and realize the common prosperity of urban and rural people.It can be said that the new type of professional farmers is the rural development strategy to promote the smooth implementation of the talent guarantee,but also the development of rural and agricultural modernization of human security.Therefore,cultivating new-type professional farmers is the only way of rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.However,there is no clear answer on the connotation and essence of new-type professional farmers in the existing research literature,and scholars have different opinions,which urgently need to be further explored.In addition,whether the existing new-type professional farmers meet the needs of rural revitalization and agricultural modernization,and how to develop new-type professional farmers in the future are worthy of further consideration.Firstly,this study clarifies the concept and basic characteristics of new-type professional farmers,compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between new-type professional farmers and farmers,and further enriches the theoretical connotation of new-type professional farmers.Secondly,this study takes Dalian as an example.By consulting the statistical yearbook of Dalian,the results of the 7th population census of Dalian and the statistical data of the Dalian Bureau of Agriculture and rural areas,and conducted a questionnaire survey on Dalian’s new type of professional farmers through self-compiled questionnaires,analyzed the survey data,and analyzed the current situation,at the same time,based on the analysis of the current situation,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of new professional farmers in Dalian from its own level,economic level and cultivation level.Thirdly,it analyzes the two models of the development and cultivation of new professional farmers in Huzhou Province and southern Jiangsu province.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the development of new professional farmers in Dalian,and on the basis of the Zhejiang-huzhou model and the Jiangsu-sunan model,the author puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of new professional farmers in Dalian.
