With the interpretation and the development of the thought of the Internet Plus,mass innovation team is a significant method of innovation,which has an advantage of integrating resources,driving the development of the innovation and improving the environment of the entrepreneurship in the era of the innovation 2.0.At the same time,the character of the network collaboration among the mass innovation team is the key that can collect the internal and external resources,develop the potential ability of the collaboration and innovation and broaden the new boundary of the research among the expanding team.However,during the process of the innovative and collaborative development among the mass innovation team,co-working space encounters a series of problems,such as serious homogenization,solo profit model and severe merges and acquisitions.Those problems are essentially caused by the shortcomings of the trust mechanism with flabby collaboration and innovation during the process of the team cooperation and innovation.Based on this background,it is theoretical and practical research significance to study the concept,characters and the operating mechanism of the network of the mass innovation team,construct the relational transformation among team subjects and the evolutional operating mechanism of the network trust and guide the improvement of the collaborative entrepreneurship and the performance among the mass innovation team.Therefore,in order to obtain all-round explanation for the major content of the collaborative relationship and the mutual trust among the mass innovation team,there are three aspects as follows to make a further study.Firstly,based on the issues of the differences of the subjective status during the process of the multiple stages of the trust relationship and the uncertainty of the trust situation,this paper systematically focuses on the analysis framework among the mass innovation team that contains the ability of the collaboration and trust mechanism.From the situation of the multiple subjects,multiple stages and dynamitic trust of the existence of the mutual trust among the mass innovation team,this paper makes a conclusion of the concept of the ability of the collaboration and the mutual trust mechanism.Besides,this paper concludes a series of directions,such as the multiple trust subjects,the dynamitic trust basis and the long term and stable trust mechanism among the study.From the EOL model that is based on the analysis of the harmonious theme,this paper sums up that mass innovation team encounters a lot of knowledge potential during the process of the start-up period,development period and transition period when it comes to the collaborative innovation and it concentrates on the mutual benefit and takes advantage of ability of collaboration and the trust theme and it sets a framework that can echo the multiple stages of the mutual trust mechanism.Therefore,this paper develops the cognitive trust at the start-up period,the structural trust at development period and the motional trust at the transition period in terms of the mutual trust mechanism.Besides,it explains the concept of the management of the very stage and the structural content and the function.Secondly,this paper pays more attention to the governance strategy that is from the mass innovation team's collaborative entrepreneurship and trust and the core issues that is related to the effective delivery and the control of the performance,analyzes the cognitive trust,structural trust and the emotional trust that make a difference to the innovation and the performance of the mass innovation team and explains the mediating role of the trust mechanism among three types of teams governed by the three different model of the leadership,such as the control,equality,weakness or non-association.Empirical results show that among the three types of teams,the cognitive trust,structural trust and the emotional trust can individually affect the mass team's innovation and performance,such as the entrepreneurship-survival,innovation-development and the mass entrepreneurship and innovation-transformation.Then the network of the mass innovation team can be developed the dynamitic and mutual trust mechanism at the start-up period,development period and transition period in terms of the collaborative cooperation.Lastly,in terms of the weakness of the trust basis,insufficient conflict regulation and the inefficient communication feedback among the network of mass innovation team during the process of the collaborative decision,this paper analyzes the subjective concept and the objective concept of the trust unit among the subject of the network of the mass innovation team and shows the fusion process of the dynamitic trust based on the mutual transformation of the subjects under the situation of the relatively subjective and objective trust space.Based on the collection of non-continuous trusts and the transformation of weights,this paper explains the character of the evolution of the trust level and the cooperation potential.On the basis of the group discussion consensus method,this paper develops the trust element collaborative acquisition model among the decision subjects among the mass innovation team and develops the dynamitic trust mechanism on the basis of the trust element collaborative acquisition and the potential evolution among the network of the mass innovation team.Based on the former studies,this paper develop the dynamitic and static mechanism on the basis of the synergistic relationship and synergistic ability among the network of the mass innovation team,which is a theoretical and practical research significance to deeply explain the concept,characters and the operating mechanism of the network of the mass innovation team,improve the management of the entrepreneurship and the effectiveness of the management.
