The modern enterprise facing more and more challenges in complicated and changeablebusiness environment. In oder to make enterprise impregnable in the economic market of highuncertainty, the enterprise must have a more flexible internal coordination mechanism toquickly respond to market changes, then team work arises at the historic moment. As the teamwork grow and thrive, how to build a high efficient team, how to improve team creativitybecome mutual interest important theoretical and practical issues of enterprise leaders,managers, and relevant experts and scholars. Since the studies of team creativity rise,domestic and foreign scholars conducted a lot of theoretical and empirical research, obta inedthe certain academic achievements. But the research which discusses the effects of teaminternal and external social networks on team creativity from the perspective of team socialnetwork is relatively lack, especially of the research that bring in a mediation or moderatevariables for multi-factor empirical research has obvious shortage. Based on such background,team learning will be mediation variable in this paper, and we will try to explore therelationship between team social network, team learning and team creativity. Reveal teamsocial network effects mechanism on team creativity; Discuss the differences of team learningand team creativity on different types of team social network; Discuss team learning’mediation effect on the effect of team social network to team creativity; Inspect thedifferences of team social network, team learning and team creativity under other controlvariables.Firstly, based on the above research design, we teased the relative concepts and structuredimensions of team social network, team learning and team creativity based on literaturereview, and then extracted the concept connotation and measure dimensions of correlationvariable. Secondly, we combed the existing research conclusion of relationship between teamsocial network, team learning and team creativity, put forward the theoretical model andresearch hypotheses of this study. Finally, we through the empirical analysis of72teamssampling data, test the research hypotheses proposed in this paper. After data analysis, weobtain the following research conclusions: a) Team learning plays a full mediating effect oneffects of team social network to team creativity, but not all of the team learning structuredimensions are plays a completely mediating role within the team (external) social networkimpact on team explicit creativity and implicit creativity. b) Team internal social network and external social network have different degree of positive effects onteam learning’s dimension,team external social network have bigger effect on each dimension of team learning. c) Teamlearning has significant positive influence on whole team creativity, and different teamlearning dimensions have different positive influence on each dimension of team creativity. d)Team learning and team creativity exist significant differences on eight different types of teamsocial network. e) Team social network, team learning and team creativity have significantdifferences on the department attribute. Based on the above research conclusion, we also putsforward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the specific situations, help teammembers to make better use of team social network to obtain information resources, give fullplay to the advantages of team learning, improve the e fficiency of team work, so as toenhance the team creativity.
