Research On The Development Countermeasures Of Characteristic Agriculture In Yunnan Plateau Based On The Analysis Of Patent Information

Plateau characteristic agriculture industry is one of the eight key industries in Yunnan.In the context of the transformation of intellectual property rights in China,to accelerate the development of modern agricultural science and technology with characteristics,we mainly need to rely on the patent of one industry.At present,there are still some problems in the development of the industry patents in Yunnan,such as low authorization rate,low conversion rate,and patentee emphasis on achievements rather than patents.Therefore,from the perspective of patent analysis of the industry to give countermeasures and Suggestions.At first,this paper from the research background to the research methods and content of characteristic agriculture in Yunnan plateau to understand,and the status of the development of the industry and the development of the industry and the relationship between the patent technology for a related elaboration.Secondly,the retrieved patent data were artificial noise cancellation from the IncoPat patent database through the written retrieval method,according to the final patent data,it was analyzed from the aspects of patent development trend,application type,technical composition,etc,especially the core patents selected by the comprehensive value index.In order to analyze the reliability of the results,it also makes a comparative analysis with other key provinces in the three aspects of patent application type,IPC classification and legal status,and carries out a SWOT analysis of the industry according to the analysis results.Finally,based on the relevant analysis conclusions,this paper discusses and proposes countermeasures and Suggestions for the development of plateau characteristic agricultural industry from the macro,medium and micro levels,therefore provides references for relevant departments to formulate relevant measures for the development of Yunnan plateau characteristic agriculture industry and enterprises to formulate patent development strategy.
