Research On The Comprehensive Effect Evaluation Of Characteristic Organic Agriculture Clusters In Yunnan Plateau From The Perspective Of Organic Certification

Organic agriculture,as a kind of healthy and ecological sustainable agricultural development mode,came into being in 1970s.Now organic agriculture has entered the organic 3.0 era,which is a symbol of entering a new historical development stage.With the emergence of a series of ecological environment problems and the gradual improvement of living standards,people pay more attention to the quality and safety of agricultural products and more expectation to the development of environmental protection.Because of the high quality requirements of production and processing and the strict process control,its products are favored by more and more people.To a certain extent,it has stimulated the market demand of organic agricultural product.Organic agriculture follows the principles of health,ecology,equity and care.It puts the health of the soil,plants,animals,humans and the planet as an indivisible whole to preserve and strengthen to make sure the friendly development of health,safety and environmental.It is very important significance for human safety development and sustainable development.Yunnan is one of the economic backwardness areas in our country and has less industrial pollution.It is one of the most suitable places for the development of organic agriculture in China with unique geographical location,good climate and ecological environment.In theory,organic agriculture should be an important direction for the development of characteristic modern agriculture of Yunnan Plateau.It can effectively promote the healthy development of modern agriculture of Yunnan Plateau,and also can be conducive to upgrading the level of agricultural development to bring a premium for the characteristic agriculture of Yunnan Plateau.From the perspective of organic certification,the development of characteristic organic agriculture of Yunnan Plateau is in its infancy.Organic certification plays a certain role in regulating the organic agriculture market.There are many problems in the development process,which is bound by the development of characteristic organic agriculture cluster of Yunnan Plateau.It has become the focus of organic agriculture in Yunnan Province to find out the important factors that limit the development of organic agriculture cluster.This paper takes the characteristic organic agriculture cluster of Yunnan Plateau as the research object,and studies the comprehensive effect of the characteristic organic agriculture cluster of Yunnan Plateau from the aspects of economy,society and ecology,to find out the problems in the development of organic agriculture cluster.The main contents of this paper include the following three points:Firstly,it summed up the development current situation of characteristic organic agriculture of Yunnan Plateau by reading a large number of literature and field research.This paper uses the location quotient to measure the cluster degree of the characteristic organic agriculture cluster of Yunnan plateau and analyzes it.The author analyzes the formation conditions of the characteristic organic agriculture cluster of Yunnan Plateau from six aspects:production factors,market demand,related and supporting industries,the enterprise's strategy and competition,opportunity factors and government factors.Secondly,following the basic principles of index system construction,we build the economic effects,social effects,ecological effects as the main framework of the three primary indicators.The number of secondary indicators is nine,which includes the effect development of organic agriculture,competitive advantage effect,urban scale effect,spatial location effect,technological innovation effect,farmer welfare effect,environmental improvement effect,production condition effect,organic product quality effect.It also includes twenty-nine third indicators.At first,we use the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method to calculate the weight of each index and the comprehensive weight of evaluation index is determined by the combination weighting method.Thirdly,according to the comprehensive weight of the index,we calculate the evaluation value of the economic effect,social effect,ecological effect and the comprehensive effect of the characteristic organic agriculture cluster of Yunnan plateau during 2011-2015 to analyze.Finally,find out the main problems in the development process,and put forward the corresponding development countermeasures and suggestions.
