Coal grain complex area is responsible for the national food security and supply of mineral resources,the existing collection of ecology,life and production of a variety of space function,is an important area of our national security strategy,related to national ecological security,social security,food safety and other aspects.At present,coal mining,land pressure rising is becoming more and more serious,the contradiction between people and land have become increasingly prominent status,based on the Production-Living-Ecology view on the special coal grain complex area and widely exist in the region to carry out research on land security function for the maintenance of national security strategy,improve the regional land use pattern and reasonable division of labor and coordination the development of urban and rural areas,optimize the allocation of resources,to ensure regional comprehensive coordination and sustainable development significance.This paper selects both coal production bases and major grain producing areas of zhaogu mine coal grain complex area as the typical region,based on the analysis of 2009-2015 land resources and functional status,using theories and methods of cartography,mathematics,statistics and other disciplines,the construction of the land function safety warning index system for the combined area of coal the grain based on the Production-Living-Ecology view,introducing Full Permutation polygon synthesis index method and RBF neural network model for regional land functional safety analysis and prediction of early warning research.(1)The change of land use function in the study areaResearch on timing,land life function in the research area showed a trend of linear growth,the growth rate is fast slow fast;ecological function is affected by the coal mining area,the overall trend was first decreased and then increased and decreased the rate of change soon after the first slow;land production functions in the research area was first up and then down development the situation,the change rate of fast slow fast slow.The total function of land to achieve the overall rate increased after the first drop,which realize the function of life according to the rate of time overall increase,the ecological function of the realization rate of overall decline,the rate of production function is consistent with the development trend of the total land area of land;the total function significantly increased space,the development trends of land function coordination decreased after in 2015,the land area increased;the coordination degree in three functional differences between the increasing trend of the sub function value is gradually reduced,the land function coordination increasing land function focus to life function.(2)The development of the land function in the study areaFrom the time dimension,the early-warning index of land use function in the study area showed a trend of first increase and then decrease.In addition to the 2011 area land function alert type increased to the " high warning " state,the rest of the year's alert type remained unchanged.7a,the land life function in the study area was the overall development trend of early warning index decreased slowly,on the timing,alarm degree in the "no warning" state land;ecological function is the development trend of early warning index,the rise of 2009-2011,the regional land ecological function of " moderate warning ",during 2012-2014 the police,the land ecological function index in the research area by the " moderate warning " to " high warning ",the land ecological function of police in the area in 2015 by the " high warning " return to " moderate warning ",but the early warning index is still higher than that of 2009;regional land production function alarm degree overall high,average 2009-2014 as " Severe warning " in 2015,police of " high warning ".From the dimensions of space,land living function warning index of six villages and towns involved in the study area are fluctuant downward trend and the warning status are in "no warning";to 2015,involving the safety trend of township land ecological research area are negative evolution,warning the risk degree increases,the development trend of land the ecological function of attention should be strengthened;the study area includes six towns land production functions of early warning index at an average annual rate of 2015 lower than in 2009,2015,the township land production functions are in the warning state of " no warning ".As a whole,the early-warning index of land related functions of villages and towns has declined,and the trend of change is not stable.(3)The prediction of land function in the study areaFrom the sub function warning trend point of view,if there is no special interference,the development trend of 2016-2020 in the study area land life function alarm will show a rising volatility,the overall regional warning degree was " no warning" state;ecological function of land area will continue gradually to the good development trend,but the police type is not to " moderate warning " state;development of land production functions of police intelligence research area will decrease slightly but the police will continue to be in " high warning " status,the development situation is not optimistic.From the security alarm function on the general trend of land,without significant changes under the 2016-2020 function of regional land security will remain fluctuating trend first increased and then decreased,the overall decline in volatility,the police is always in the " moderate warning".
