Accompanied with the production of large-scale development, changing marketdemands promote increasing competition among enterprises. Production enterprises ofprocessing equipment are also rapidly moving in the direction of integrated and automated.However, the higher degree of automation does not mean that the higher competitiveness ofenterprises. Promoting the comprehensive efficiency of enterprises is the basic way ofimproving the competitiveness of the most effective production enterprise.F Group is a high-tech enterprise, which specializes in6C industries, such as computers,communications, consumer electronics, digital products, automobile parts, Channel. As thelargest electronics manufacturer of the world, F Group takes root in technology,manufacturing and forward-looking decisions. In addition to the constant pursuit of pricecompetition advantages, continuously effective seeking production potential, increase theoverall efficiency is the important production and management targets of F Group. How toeliminate all loss factors, lower production costs, increase efficiency, is each productionenterprises need to think about a major issue. In a word, it is order to enhancecompetitiveness.1st chapter mainly introduces the background of research on the subject, the problemneed to be solved and the overall structure of the paper.2nd chapter mainly involves theconcepts and computational methods of OEE&OPE which described in this article, andbriefly introduces OEE&OPE analysis method.3rd chapter mainly analysis main presentmanagement situation and problems of the workshop in F Groups under the existingproduction process and technology, puts forward points and analysis the problems.4th chapter mainly describes OEE&OPE analysis method which applied in businessmanagement, including analysis of factors influencing equipment efficiency OEE and staffefficiency OPE, collection and conduction of report data, and finally concluding OEE&OPEanalysis applications. In order to quantify the significance of OEE&OPE,5thchapter raisesthe issue—early-warning system of production line efficiency. The content includes thedesign of early warning radar chart, normalization, standardization and evaluation target ofearly warning assessment models. Take the data of production line efficiency loss forexample in50th week, it applies the early warning assessment model to obtain efficiencyassessment coefficient of production line current week, taking important part in efficiencyearly warning at the ending of paper.This paper combines with the OEE&OPE calculation, as well as IE(industrialengineering) analysis techniques, to analysis and search for the decisive factor whichinfluencing comprehensive efficiency enhancement in production department of F Group.By pursuing method improvement and management thinking, through key links inproduction and promote effective capacity efficiency enhancement step by step. Also byanalyzing statistical data of OEE&OPE recent weeks, establishes an effective early warningand evaluation mechanism for the production department, making the OEE&OPE analysismethod with a realistic directive significance.
