With the acceleration of the pace of modern society, the increase of life pressure, and the negative emotions such as fatigue and irritability have become an important problem that plagues people, how to eliminate this psychological problem of individuals has become a universal social phenomenon that needs to be solved urgently. In this context, changing the normal environment to relieve stress, especially to the nature environment,is a good solution to eliminate bad emotions, and can promote the individual mental health recovery. Some studies have also shown that the natural environment can help people relieve stress, recover individuals from fatigue, and regain their ability to learn, work and socialize. At the same time,in the process of interaction with the restorative environment, the experience of physical and mental pleasure and attention recovery is called recovery experience. So how the restorative environment affects the recreational experience and whether it affects the behavioral intention is a question worthy of further discussion.First of all, after reviewing the related concepts of restorative experience, tourism satisfaction and behavioral intention, this paper combines attention recovery theory with pressure reduction theory, expectation difference theory and planning behavior theory, based on existing related models. The mature restorative experience scale explores the dimensions of the restorative experience of greenway travelers, and based on this, constructs a relationship model between the restorative experience and behavioral intentions of greenwaytravelers.Secondly, this paper takes East Lake Greenway, the first 5A greenway scenic spot in China,as a case study,to collect data through field research and online questionnaires,in order to understand the restorative experience of Wuhan residents in East Lake Greenway. Finally, using SPSS and AMOS structural model analysis method, the collected data are empirically analyzed.Through exploratory analysis,it is found that the restorative experience of Greenway recreation is composed of four dimensions: consistency, departure, charm and compatibility. In addition, after validating the relationship model of the effect of restorative experience on behavioral intention,we find that restorative experience has a direct effect on behavioral intention, and can also produce a mediating effect through overall satisfaction. However,by comparing the path coefficient of the model,we can find that restorative experience has a mediating effect on behavior whether or not it is through overall satisfaction. The influence of intention is relatively small. At the same time, this paper also combines the relevant data of the questionnaire to analyze the perception differences and specific manifestations of different demographic characteristics on restorative experience.
