Research On The Enterprises Patent Strategy Of LXJJ

With the development of science and technology,human innovation civilization has entered a new era,and intellectual property has gradually become a strategic resource for enterprises.Augmented Reality(AR)is a hot emerging technology at present.It is of great significance to build a relatively complete patent strategy system for the protection of emerging technologies and the long-term development of Augmented Reality enterprises.Guided by the theory of patent strategy,this paper chooses Augmented Reality Company LXJJ as the research object and the patent database of the State Intellectual Property Office as the data source of patent retrieval.This paper elaborates the status quo of patent development of case company through patent information analysis,uses SWOT method to systematically analyze the related advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of case company and obtains strategic matrix.Finally,this paper uses AHP level analysis to get the applicable patent strategy types of company and summarizes the implementation path of strategy.The research believes that AR enterprises should pay attention to the original accumulation of high-quality patents,actively use the basic patent strategy and patent return strategy,enhance the innovation power of technical personnel,and cultivate the research and development strength of the enterprise.At the same time,we should do a good job in patent infringement risk avoidance scheme,actively use patent network strategy and cross-licensing strategy to strengthen patent barriers,seize the initiative in the fierce industry competition,and carefully train patent management personnel or hire professional institutions to carefully maintain,to create lasting value for enterprises.Patent is the foundation for the long-term development of technology-based enterprises and an important strategic resource for China to build an innovation-oriented country.The research of this paper has important reference to the formulation of patent strategy of Chinese augmented reality enterprises and certain practical significance to promote the healthy development of Chinese augmented reality enterprises.
